Complementary breakfast was a treat and staff were very courteous and professional especially AFAF and KAJAL., amazing choices. Pool area was very clean and maintained to top standards, Pool staff are very accommodating to your every need, Amba, Shabhab, Durga, were on top of their game.

Every aspect of the hotel was fabulous. Staff were well trained and provided exceptional service. Special mention to Fatima and Houda who went out of their way to ensure our stay was enjoyable. We would definitely revisit.

There was only one thing and that is that they allow smoking in the ground floor lounge bar. I understand not all countries have banned smoking indoors but the issue is the lounge bar is partly open plan and adjacent to the front desk and the large foyer. So customers approaching the front desk, the front desk staff, floor guides and the security have no choice but to be hit with the smell of tobacco (which is quite unpleasant) if there happens to be lots of men relaxing in the lounge and smoking. Smoke also rises so rooms at a lower level on that side of the building will undoubtedly be able to smell it in their rooms.

The property is best located hotel in Doha. The property is huge with lots of amenities to discover with its own private driveway to the hotel’s entrance which makes it all the more grand as you approach it. I loved that it had three restaurants on site which made it easy to stay in the compound if you wanted a relaxing and quiet dinner. Lots of choice at breakfast and very kind and responsive staff. I needed to change my room and they were very responsive in sorting this out and making sure I was comfortable. A truly 5 star hotel 🌟

The staff throughout the hotel were amazing, welcoming, always with a friendly smile, and always happy and eager to help. The outdoor pool sanctuary was lush, picturesque and a very relaxing place to spend time. Pool was the perfect temperature, and it was an added bonus having the indoor full length lap pool for exercise too. Spacious bedroom. Everything very clean both on arrival and well looked after/cleaned during our stay. We tried both the STK steakhouse restaurant as well as the B-Lounge (twice!) and both were fantastic - both the food and the setting, and staff likewise always fantastic.

I didn't like the following: - Hotel felt old to me - The sports facilities such as swimming pool and bathrooms in the gym area were very old - Golf cart were not available all the time to be able to go around the resort

we had an enjoyable time in the hotel , from the time of the arrival ( we were given a room much more earlier than was supposed ) until check out, all staff members were friendly and extremely helpfull , special thanks go to Bakhtyor - guest relation manager , Alina - Lagoon restaurant manager and Charles, helping us on daily basis with the taxi. Entire atmosphere in the hotel exceed my expectations.

I liked everything in the hotel. The friendly level and the provisionally which was followed up and watched by the manager Mr. Ahmed Saeed and that what I saw with my eyes. There was a problem in bathroom (which was slowed later) but what I really liked how it was followed up and solved by Mr. Ahmed Saeed when he check the problem, recognised it, put the alternative solutions and carry it out all in 15 mnts only. It's cost me QR1200 from booking, but I meet my friend on seam flor and seam room seam view, and he buy only QR600 he booked his room from hotel itself, and this is not fair.

Lightning opening and closing system very complicated

The hotel and its facilities are very beautiful, and there are many restaurants that serve delicious food. The hotel is also distinguished by its professional staff, especially the lifeguards those keen on the safety of the children in the pool and reception team whose keen to serve the guests
