The bathroom was smaller than expected

First time we have stayed here and we' were very impressed with the whole experience. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, special thanks to Ali and Flaviola. The hotel amenities were perfect with a children's play area also included. We were offered a connecting room and had a balcony with beautiful views. The breakfast was really nice with staff being very attentive. There was an indoor pool as well as outdoor as well as a small animal petting area. The private beach was very clean and not over crowded.

The beach is opening at 8am which can be opened earlier as the tempjrature becomes hot after 8.

The breakfast and dinner was amazing, we enjoyed a lot. The room view, and personel are differentiate this place from other hotels that we stayed. We would like to thank to Chef Mr. Mustafa and Reseptionist Mr. Inan specifically for their warm welcoming and care.

Everything was okay except for the staff that checked me in. Jinx not sure about the name. Very unfriendly and hostile. I had two bad experiences with her. At check in and when i needed access to my room because my daughter was having Hamam and the keys were with her. To be honest, I felt like she was chosen my colour to treat me badly.

The decor in the room could be better. I was not so happy with the position of the room...did not have a full view of the pool or the sea.

The employees were fantastic and went all out to make us comfortable, some names I can remember Mousa, Hatim, Damam, Geoffrey and Afaf. There were so many more but could not remember all names.

the swimming pool is crowded they allow ppl to come to swim with special fees although they are not a hotel residents the arabic coffee was not avliable most of the time

kids club was amazing my kids loved it the suite was big and clean
