    “Everything was perfect. The owner was very helpful and nice. He gave us excellent tips. Room was super clean and neat. The building and its garden was so charming. If you dont want to stay over-crowded places like Oia or Fira, this town is a super choice. If I come here again, I will stay here again for sure!”

    “Firstly, I found the lady at the reception very nice and happy to help. I arrived very early and the room wasn’t ready, but as soon as it was, she checked me in (before the official check in hour). She then explained the main attractions and how to get around the island by bus, also providing a timetable. Secondly, I loved the location. The villa is situated very close to Thira’s center and to the caldera. Thirdly, I liked how the accommodation looked like and the fact that it had a pool and several terraces . The bed was also surprisingly comfortable.”

    “We booked this hotel extremely last minute (day of) and could not have gotten luckier. Absolutely beautiful hotel with the most accomodating and lovely staff. Buffet breakfast was lovely and all of the facilities were extremely well kept. The rooms were cleaned daily and fresh water and shower products were restocked daily. If you are looking to stay in Fira this is the place to be, the location is 10/10.”

    “Extremely accomodating and welcoming staff. Secured us airport transfers, complimentary porter service to carry our bags, unbelievably delicious breakfast served on our balcony each morning, housekeeping ensured the room was always well kept and comfortable at all times. The villa itself was one of the most picturesque places you could be in the world. Fantastic sunrise and sunsets everyday enjoyed from the private balcony, private cave pool or if you’re a little lazy you can open the doors and windows and enjoy the view from bed too!”

    “This place and service of the staff is awesome. From the first experience at the reception till you leave.. Hotel is very modern and stylish. Rooms were spacious, comfortable and overall beautifully designed! Super clean and they do cleaning service daily! Pool area is perfect! You can fully enjoy the day by the pool on comfortable sunbeds. Also pool bar is open daily with all the drinks you may need. But what we really liked the most was the professional approach of the statf. They were just great, very friendly and always ready to help if you need anything! We received pretty good recommendations what to visit, where to eat from the girls at the reception - tried all of them😁 and we had the best experiences! Breakfast was fantastic - everyday you can choose different varieties and you eat in the very nice area near the pool with nice views! Overall the best stay! Perfect location - close to everything we wanted to see - we used car, but i believe you can even walk to Fira and it’s not that far.. By the car everything is like 15-20 minutes drive. Parking place at the hotel! Thank you for your great job! Would love to come here again!”

    “This hotel was amazing! The room was very spacious and spotlessly clean. The shower was incredible — large and designed in a beautiful Greek style. The staff were super helpful and friendly, always quick to respond. They even messaged me a few days before our arrival to check if we needed anything, which was a thoughtful touch. Housekeeping was great too — the room was cleaned and towels were replaced daily. Breakfast was included and absolutely delicious! There was a great variety of options, and they even changed some of the buffet items daily, which kept things fresh and interesting. The views from the hotel were also stunning, especially at sunset and by the pool — perfect for taking photos. Overall, a fantastic stay!”

    “This was a wonderful hotel. My teenagers and I really enjoyed our stay. The staff was amazing - so welcoming and helpful. The room was beautiful, the view was stunning, and everything was clean and peaceful. It is also a plus that old Akrotiri and the Red Beach is within walking distance. Would definitely recommend Kokkinos Villas.”
