    “The hotel's interiors From the colors and lighting to the decorations and flooring—exude an inviting atmosphere that blends modern design with classic flair. You can sense the love for detail in how historical elements are combined with state-of-the-art service. The staff and their service Although the still-new Ald Hotel initially had some trouble with its check-in system, the staff reacted extremely professionally and welcomingly. We were invited to the bar while they resolved the issue. It's particularly noteworthy that the staff arranged for flowers for our room upon my request, which were ready promptly before our check-in. Thank you so much for the wonderful flowers and the lovely greeting card! Both have made their way home and will keep our beautiful experience alive for a few more days.”

    “Feel and Sleep like a prince! This hotel is in a quite street and in centre of everything you want to see in Haag The bed and the room made me feel royal and 4 big windows out to the street so i got the morning and evening sun into the room! Worth it and will be back!”

    “I loved everything about this stay. It was myself as a lone female travelling with a young child. I felt safe and happy to wander at various times of the day, and in all areas around the hotel and further afield. I upgraded the room, so I had a bath (much easier with a little human for the bedtime routine), and I couldn't believe the size of the room. There was ample space to wander around, play, etc without bumping into furniture. The room was very clean, and well presented. Staff were very friendly and helpful at all times, and the location was perfect. Just a short walk from Central Station, loads of food choices and shops very close by, and also easy enough to walk further afield (like the Waterbus terminal) even with the little one tagging along on foot. I won't even look at other hotels when I return again (and that's a when, rather than if as Rotterdam itself was such a lovely city), I will just go straight to the James Hotel.”
