Just the bidet- it won't flush. The arm thingie that pulls the plug wouldn't work. No issue for me, but they only have stairs to take your luggage upstairs. Could result in accessibility issues.

Love the old-timey, regal decor. The room, Opera, was massive. Loved the bathroom, nice tub with jets. The room was quiet with enough windows and a balcony. The location is quite central. You're in the old town within 10-15 minutes by metro or even less by car. Would definitely stay again. Didn't try the breakfast because I didn't wake up early enough. The staff is amazing, very helpful! Asked for a late checkout with no hassles.

Lack of tea and coffee making equipment in the bedroom. I had breakfast one morning and the hot food was cold.

Beautifully furnished with items that had been carefully curated over the years. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

It was very hot when we were there and because the suite is on the top floor with quite low ceilings, it was very hot - 3 x aircon units but inadequate for the size of the room. Might be a better option in the winter?

Last night of our holiday so we treated ourselves to the suite, which was huuuuuuge and very beautifully decorated, it felt like a special place to stay. We paid quite a lot to park onsite and are glad we did, as finding a space on the streets nearby would have been a nightmare. The public areas are gorgeous and the lady on reception was so funny and friendly. Excellent English. Breakfast was good and there are lots of interesting bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. Very quiet, considering it's location.

Beautiful old building in a great location and the room was spacious and beautifully decorated! Breakfast was great and the staff were extremely attentive and helpful. Oana on reception was amazing, she couldn’t do enough for us and even had our cases ready in the airport shuttle taxi for when we returned from a morning in Bucharest!

Fridge in the room had some issue but I am sure that the staff already replaced or repaired it the next day. I only stayed 1 night otherwise it would have been done while I was there.

Staff and amenities were amazing. The look and feel of the house takes you back to the old Romanian mansion type. For me as someone from the country it felt that way. For anyone wanting to feel in this way I would highly recommend the place. And get the biggest room they have for extra impact :)

No lift so if you have heavy suitcases it’s a bit hard but you know that when you book so no complaints. And the staff are super helpful if you need a hand. The wifi was a bit hit and miss if you’re on the higher floor.

Really lovely historic furnishings, had a feeling of old world charm, including the reception and sitting area. Very boutique feel. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed.

It was a bit tricky to drive into (but also first time driving on the other side of the road/driving in Romania). The shower pressure was ok, not great.

LOVED Oana- she was fabulous. The hotel furniture was great, bed very comfortable. My partner said it was one of the best sleeps of his life!

Oana on reception was fantastic, really friendly and welcoming. Helped us to rearrange some parts of our trip which without her help would have made the trip not as good as it was. Couldn't fault her or the other lady on reception (didn't catch her name unfortunately) Made the stay really special and nothing was too much trouble.

Beautiful old fashioned hotel with lots of lovely furniture and details. Great location in interesting suburb and 15 walk to Old Town. Very helpful staff and great breakfast

A gorgeous boutique for a quick stop over. Didn’t seek to be in the best area, but for a one night stay, definitely recommend. I gave an 8 people the shower kept flooding the floor. Otherwise, comfy, nicely decorated. We would return.

The place is not fit for people with walking difficulties, as there are steps all over. In particular the steps going to the second and third floor are steep with a think carpet on it, and steps are different in width.

Beautiful antique all over and a very spacious room. The reception personnel was very friendly and willing to help or give advice at all times.
