We had some issues with water leaking on to the bathroom floor from the bath, but nothing that isn’t fixable.

We loved the individual feel of the property, the staff were very friendly, engaged and helpful. Our room was spacious and pleasant, and had nice individual touches which made the stay special.

Street entrance requires ringing the reception, and you do not know if someone actually acknowledged - had to wait one night 10 minutes before the gate opened. That gate should be opened with the room key. Minimal staff - one person at the reception, not always present, and none in the breakfast area.

Beautiful old wooden interior of hotel. Clean and large room with large bathroom. We opted in for breakfast which was beautiful, lovely fresh buffet with lots of choices. Close to city centre we walked to main attractions and tourist areas. Welcoming and friendly staff!

This hotel may not be large, but it has a lot of character, and has the cosiest, and smallest "bar" I've ever seen!

there was no kettle in the room (even though there was a kitchen) so you could not have coffee in the morning before you start your day. there was a kitchen but no utensils. no elevator - not accessible

great location - 5-10 minutes from the old town. the room was big and clean. the staff were nice the beds were comfertable.

A minor drawback was having to request the reception to open the front gate each time we left the hotel. A more efficient system could be implemented for this matter.

Amazing property with an old rustic touch to it. Loved the huge bathroom/Toilet as well. Highly recommend this property.

Our specific room (number 1) was right next to the front entrance/lobby bathroom and so subject to noise from the main lobby. It was not that well soundproofed from the main lobby/lobby bathroom.

Staff were friendly and helped with requests. Bed was very comfy.

I don't have any complaints about the stay. One improvement the hotel could work on is the common spaces being more available to guests. I think the bar / sitting room is occupied by staff. They could also revisit the hotel book with area amenities and recommendations.

It was a nice room and I felt like I had privacy. I slept well and was comfortable. The bathroom was nice and also very clean. It was walking distance to many things including the grocery store, restaurants, and coffee. It was a good home base in the city.

A beautiful classic hotel with spacious rooms and very beautiful furniture. The personnel is very kind, and helpful and provides plenty of info about Bucharest and Romania. The breakfast is amazing and tasteful. It is in a quiet (non-noisy) area with plenty of shops around.

At one time I waited too long until the gate opened. I was told this was because the gate wasn't visible from the reception.

I liked the spacious room with balcony, the breakfast buffet and the central location close to everything.

Like many older hotels, too many stairs and no elevator.

Staff went out of their way to help us at departure. Really very helpful and took a lot of time finding us a ride to the cruise port on the Danube river.

Excellent location and a great boutique experience offered by the architectural design of this building.
