You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

IndiaI recently had the pleasure of staying four incredible nights at Backcountry Kopaonik in Serbia, and I must say, it was an experience unlike any other. Having traveled extensively across Europe for various competitions, I have never felt this level of warmth and hospitality at any hotel before. From the moment I arrived, the host, Zajda, and her husband went above and beyond to make me feel at home. They arranged everything seamlessly for my journey from Belgrade Airport to Kopaonik, ensuring I had no worries at all. Their kindness and care truly felt like being with family. One unforgettable moment was when Zajda threw water behind me for good luck—something so unique and thoughtful that it brought a smile to my face before my race. The food? Simply amazing. But what made it even better was the cook, whose talent and warmth elevated every meal. And I can’t forget the sweetest waiter who made dining such a pleasant experience. The vibe of this place is magical guests and visitors alike were so friendly with one another that it felt like a close-knit community. It was my first time in Serbia, and I felt like I was home. A special thank you to Zadja and her husband, who personally drove me to the mountain every morning for my snowboarding sessions and picked me up in the evening. Their generosity and effort were truly unparalleled. If you’re ever in Kopaonik, I highly recommend visiting Backcountry Kopaonik. It’s not just a place to stay it’s an experience that will make you want to return again and again. Believe me, once you stay here, it will become your permanent go-to spot in Kopaonik. Thank you, Backcountry Kopaonik, for a stay I will never forget!

SloveniaThe owners just recently bought this property and were getting it ready for tourists. They are very friendly people, offering me a welcome drink upon arrival and having a nice chat in the evening. They also upgraded my room free of charge. The rooms are a bit smaller, but comfortable and clean. The breakfast was also great, much better than in many similar places I've been before.
