I really liked this hostel – it was clean, cozy, had a good space for working, and the staff was super friendly. I stayed in the female dorm with a private shower, and it was very comfortable. Even though the hostel was quite full, it was quiet and peaceful after 10 PM, which I really appreciated.

- there's a basketball court nearby so it can get kinda very loud during the evening/night - some guests just didn't know how to leave a clean toilet which is not the hostels fault

This is a lovely hostel just outside the city center in a calmer neighborhood. The kitchen is big and there is everything you need. There is a nice garden where you can spend your free time at the hostel. Staff is super friendly and helpful and there is a really nice sociable environment, but space to retreat as well if you want to.

There were two times when I just turned on the light in my room and needed some light to pack my luggage. The front desk staff came in and turned off my light without any notice. This was a bit impolite. I was also a bit nervous here because I was worried that if I forgot to clean something, I would be criticized by them. The atmosphere wasn't relaxed enough.

It's very clean. The boss is definitely obsessive-compulsive. All his skirting boards are green and the height of the storage cabinet is exactly the same as that of the bed. I have stayed here for 8 days. Overall, it is still comfortable. I really like the office space on the third floor. It's very large and I can focus well on my work.

One negative aspect was the need to remove shoes not only in the room but also throughout the building, including the common rooms and kitchen. Although a nice thought, it was very impractical and annoying. Secind thing, "the keep quiet" rule was enforced as if it were in military quarters. We were sitting and chatting pleasantly at a very reasonable volume in the common room. The staff came and asked us to leave the common room and go to bed. They told us that we could keep chatting on another floor. We decided to go to bed and started packing our things for a project from the table. While we were packing (we had many small drone parts), about two minutes after we were told to leave the common room, we were again reminded (bright white flash included) via a security camera present in the common room. I mean, we were already leaving, and we were indeed quiet. There was no need to rush us that way. That "reminder" to leave was louder than any conversation anyone had in the building the entire day.

This hostel provided a comfortable and pleasant stay. The bunk beds were sturdy and well-maintained, offering a restful night's sleep. The facilities were clean and readily accessible, adding to the overall positive experience. The staff were friendly and accommodating, creating a welcoming atmosphere. I would happily recommend this hostel to other travellers. Parking is available for €5 per day in a spot located in front of the property's gate. I appreciated the enforced quiet hours after 23:00, though perhaps a bit strictly. Chatting was permitted outside or on the third floor, or guests could retire to bed.

Everything! The girl who ran the place was truly helpful and very supportive of us cooking in as far as getting us what we needed for us ti have the best experience I be line her make was Vabla, or something quite close, also Juan was very helpful.

Good that the rooms are monitored for mess left behind but things get picked up with our checking who it belongs to. All else is pretty cool!!!

Kitchen is kept clean with fridge cleaned weekly! Games and arts activities offered. Music softy played through out the day. Bus nearby of 20 min walk to center. Lidel grocery 5 min walk. Bin offered with your number for your food storage. Locker with a key the provide!! Safety entrances with their key pad!!

The protocols developed by the hostel to promote a positive experience for its guests were effectively deployed and in a welcoming way. The place is impeccably maintained, the bed is simple, but really comfortable, the location is great and the opportunities to engage with other people from all over the world are many. We wish we could have stayed more than one night:-)

I had a very positive stay at Hostel Cabbage. The place is clean and comfortable. The staff were kind, attentive, and always ready to help. I appreciated the clear rules and healthy boundaries, especially around quiet hours and mutual respect among guests. The rooftop balconies and work area were fantastic additions—great for relaxing or getting things done. Overall, it's a well-run, no-nonsense place that truly values a peaceful and respectful atmosphere. I’d return.

Sometimes, unhappy people, who bring terrible attitudes and who don't belong in a hostel environment, don't respect the rules. But management does a great job to keep the environment good for those of us who love it here. And most guests love it here. This is a special place.

I really like this hostel! I like all the staff and the location and the rooms. I like the garden here and the privacy in the bed itself. It's amazing. The neighborhood is green and pretty. I like the evening events at the hostel, and many of the guests are really quite lovely too. It's a wonderful hostel overall, and I feel very safe here as a female solo traveler. Highly recommend.

Across the street from the female dorm is a nice park. There's a basketball court out in the park, and children are playing basketball all day (which is nice and friendly). But sometimes, at night, they are playing until 2am or so. My only issue with noise. The hostel itself has noise policies in place, and they can't control people playing basketball late. But it is a factor if you're staying upstairs.

The property itself is quiet, beautiful, and spacious. There are lots of nooks where one can sit and enjoy the quiet. I really enjoyed utilizing the kitchen to make meals, and I liked the workspace. There were activities with guests and staff that were quite nice for some evenings, and the staff are AMAZING!

The only thing was the place not too close to main city. But there are a lot of bus passing nearby.

I like almost everything abt this hostel. There was a free tea, coffee n hot water, although the kitchen was open only till 10 pm. What I love the most was the garden. It was very beautiful to chill n hangout w/ friends. The bed was comfortable. I was in belgrad during easter holiday. They gave everyone free egg n chocolate. The staffs also very communicative.

Common room was a bit tight sometimes. Bathroom could be slightly cleaner. Not too much to say here.

The staff were absolutely WONDERFUL! I checked in after 12am and they waited for my arrival which I appreciate, so thank you! The beds had curtains, it was super clean and the lockers were large. Loved the 'shelves' for when you're charging your electronics. The kitchen was clean and organised. Public transportation is quite close and internet was good.
