It was indicated that there is sauna in the hotel, but the sauna was not working. Parking is a bit too far away from the hotel.

The hotel is very well located. Even though it's on a pedestrian street, its just a minute walk away from the main road. Staff were kind, courteous and helpful throughout. The rooms were neat and clean, housekeeping was good. Even the kettle was spick and span which is a rare occurrence in Europe. Breakfast was great too with ample choices, great taste and vegan options. Once you step out you're a few minutes walk away from the attractions. There are multiple dining options nearby as well as convenience stores and cafes.

This is my first straight 10 rating, but, really, there was nothing to not love. The location is amazing, the hotel itself was tasteful, intimate and extremely discreet with fabulous art work peppered all over the ground floor. The staff was impeccably polite and helpful, the breakfast was better than most chain hotels and the one meal we had here was comparable to any good restaurant. The room was again way better than chain hotels and while I have been in better room, they were not in this price range. Absolutely confirmed for future visits to Belgrade

Nothing, it was better than we were expecting and just a lovely place for a two night stay in a city we had never visited before.

A gem in the heart of Belgrade. This was a real find, a small and very attractive hotel that could not be better located in the city centre. Very friendly, helpful and professional staff. We had a very nice, clean and comfortable room. Breakfast was excellent with a wide selection of hot and cold options. We ate in the restaurant one evening and that was also very good. Loved all the art work in the lobby / restaurant too. It's a 'boutique' hotel in all but name.

My only negative assessment may be about the air conditioning in the room. It could heat up faster. However, this did not create a big problem for us.

The location of the hotel was very central. It is very close to the tourist attractions in Belgrade and the city centre. There were many shops around to satisfy our needs. The interior of the hotel and the rooms were very elegant. The staff was helpful and polite. They helped me to book a taxi back to the airport. They also protected my luggage in the luggage room so that I could enjoy my holiday on the last day. I would like to thank all the staff for their kindness and smiling faces.

the room heat can not be adjusted, so you have to open a window to cool off, but that means you get street noise. It was not a BIG problem, just a minor annoyance.

wonderful design, in a modern take on the "salon style," of Gertrude Stein, right down to the choice of impressionist prints. Lobby/Breakfast area is very airy/open with a GREAT selection for the breakfast buffet. OUTSTANDING Gym and very nice spa, with a large sauna, steam room, and capacious showers—FREE of charge!!! Robes and slippers provided in the room. We had a junior suite, which was also very well thought out...the TV swivels so that you can watch from the bed or the sofa. And the reverse side has a mirror. ;) Close to restaurants, bars, cafes, bookstores, boutiques, and the symphony hall. The staff were outstanding. I will stay nowhere else for future visits to Belgrade.

This is one of the best hotel experiences we have had in Europe. Excellent location, very nice, smiling and accommodating staff; and the best breakfast. The breakfast was the highlight of our stay - varied food, both healthy and filling options. fresh food, good coffee, and very reasonable prices. Well done to the F&B team!

There was nothing to dislike about the property.

I really liked everything. I travel to Belgrade at least once a year, but usually stay in a different location. I decided to try Envoy hotel this time and I'm so glad that I did. Everything was as it should have been if not better. The hotel is within walking distance to many tourist sites and 15-20 minute walk to other sites such as St. Mark's church and St. Sava cathedral. I will be staying there again.

Everything was perfect.

We' ve been in Belgrade for 3 days, Envoy Hotel turned out the best choise! Very clean, beautiful Hotel, the staff was extremely help full. Nice breakfast, ideal location in the heart of the city center. I would stay again in a future visit in Belgrade, no need to search for anything else. Next time I will make sure to find time to enjoy spa facilities as well.

My stay at Envoy hotel was outstanding. Ideally located near Republic Square, everything was within walking distance. Though I only enjoyed drinks and dessert at the hotel, they were both delicious, complementing the overall high-quality and friendly service. The staff were friendly, making the experience even more pleasant. They always helped during my stay. I highly recommend a comfortable and convenient stay in the city's heart!
