How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.

What can I say? This hotel was AMAZING in all aspects...upon arriving we were given a welcome rakija by Stefan then upon checking in we were given free upgrades at no extra cost. Room was amazing, super spacious and felt more like an apartment. Bed very comfortable, shower had good water pressure, tea and coffee making facilities are provided along with a fridge (found this really useful as it's a warm summer in Belgrade). All the hotel staff were polite friendly and couldn't do enough for us - the morning after a Balkan wedding, Stefan prepared us traditional Serbian coffee to help with the hangover 😁 Hotel is located in Zemun and a bit quieter than the hustle and bustle of central Belgrade - everything about the hotel was perfect and will definitely stay here again if I was to return to Belgrade!

There was not a single thing I didn't like.
Stefan on reception was so friendly and helpful, he is amazing. The apartment was spotless, the water pressure in the shower was so powerful and lovely and hot. The bed was incredibly comfortable and I didn't want to get up in the morning! The location is great as there is a mini mart, a bakery, an office licence and a lovely little coffee shop within a minute walk. I will definitely stay here again...it's a gem.of a find.

Amazing, would come back again! The staff was very accommodating, nice and welcoming. Room was spacious, exceptionally clean, equipped and nicely done! The parking is also best I've encountered in the city, in a garage, with cameras, you can't get in unless you're a guest and it felt good not to think about the safety of the car. 100 % recommend!

Very comfortable room it was a shame it was a quick overnight stay for us. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The secure car park is always a bonus would stay there again.

Brand new apartments, everything was so comfy! The TV remote in the living room wasn’t working so we couldn’t play the TV, but we only stayed for 1 night so it wasn’t a major nuisance. Definitely recommended.

Really minor detail but sometimes there was cigarette smell throughout the building and in the reception area. But in the room was ok.

I have not seen air condition and not a temperature room control . Fortunately I travel in September without extreme temperatures
Quiet zone , safe 10 minutes walk to Danube shore , 10 minutes walk to commercial zone of Zemun and Madlenianum Opera and theater . It takes 20 minutes by walk and bus combination to reach the Belgrad crowded center ( knez Michailov) . My impression was that for many ir is no not need to spend time in Belgrad center except to take a look and see museums . One find great restaurants and shopping and walking paths in Zemun The Second name of hotel LoRA is Danube Suites and indeed one get a suite : 2 rooms and saloon

This was my second stay there, and I can only repeat what I wrote the first time: great value for money, very kind and helpful staff, and a great location in Novi Beograd. It's perfect for travelers with a car, as free parking is available.
