I can't think of even a single thing.

This is probably the best option available in Nis for stay. There is soap in bathrooms and the shower, a fridge and a kettle in the room, 2 towels per person, it's quiet but at the same time very close to the city center. Staff is really nice and helpful. There is just absolutely nothing that could be done better.

Our room had only ceiling windows, check with them which one you are getting if you are claustrophobic.

Easy to find and checkin was pretty fast. Great value for money. Clean.

Thin walls, could hear neighbour talking loudly and their TV. Also switch for water heater by light switch so easy to turn off and then have cold water if you don't realise that's what it's switch for.

Great location, staff were very friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable and room well furnished.

The bathroom was a bit devastated and not that clean.

The heating in one of the rooms was not ok, especially since the night was very cold. We expressed our concerns to the manager and he did say that it will be turned up but it was still cold because AC for the whole hotel is the same.

The staff is very friendly. Excellent parking, room had roof windows which is a really nice feature and was clean. Definetly would visit in the spring or summer months

There was a random space next to the kitchen that was empty and covered with a curtain. Some of the dishes in the kitchen seemed old and worn out.

Tobacco smell was quite heavy which is weird considering it's a non-smoking hotel. Bathtub is in the room itself, not the bathroom, A/C could barely heat up the room. I must admit that those points are not fatal and are merely an inconvenience considering the low price.

Location is great, personnel is friendly and helpful. Room is very clean(except for heavy tobacco smell), there were refreshments in the fridge.

The bed it's not the most comfortable, but it's ok. The hot water it's running slow. They gave us a non-smoking room, but the room have smell of cigarettes, which may be is normal in Serbia

The location is in the top center, just 1 minute by walk to the shopping tourist street. They have private parking. The room is normal and it's perfect to 1 or 2 day stays. It's worth for the money

The parking spaces are tight and a new guest hit our car with their door. The floors are creeky and there is almost zero sound isolation from other rooms. You can hear other guests walking around. Also, no hot water at night and no windows on the walls, just roof windows.

The location is nice, also it has a fun, american-like concept with the parking being under the rooms. Liked the tall ceilings and the nice natural light. Rooms are not small and nicely spatious.
