The apartment is dark due to lack of natural light and the lighting is very poor. The apartment is next to the bar which is open until 1 am at the weekend. So it is very loud, at least in that apartment on the ground level.

Quite bad. No light in the ceiling fitting. No socket for bedside lamp. Curtains not on window properly. Electric heater broken. No kettle. Coffee maker burnt could not be used. No tray in microwave so could not use it. Toilet seat does not fit. Damp in bedroom and entrance. No cover on duvet.

Not enough parking space. As we arrived late, it was difficult to find a spot as the yard was full. We choose the location based on parking options. Would be good to know in advance they are limited and not enough for all rooms. We had a room on top of the garage, where it was very hot and the air conditioning didn’t do anything.

I’ve already stayed in this place before and liked it. So I decided to book it again. Location is very important to me (main reason to book Only One Suites again) however they took me to a different location which was not stated on their profile. Also, I was not staying in the room I booked. They offered to see if they can change the room but my friend had no issue with the accommodation so we stayed where we were. Anyway very sketchy situation and it does ruin the previously good experience I had with them.

Wall to wall to the house there is a disco-club. The music was very loud inside the room and it was impossible to sleep. You can hear even the voices, not just the beat. I tried to find another place to sleep in the city, but we were 4 families and it was impossible at 12 o’clock in the night. They stopped around half past one in the night. This is unacceptable and I think the proximity of the disco will ruin any effort of the house owners to make an acceptable accomodation for their guests.

The rooms were ok for one night. The staff was was good and helpfull. The location is perfect, near the citadel and main interesting spots.

They gave us a different room, in building no. 2. The rooms look better on booking.com, in reality, it was different. The parking place was to crowded, we specifically told them many times that we would leave in the morning, at about 7 - 7:30 and our car was blocked. They told the other guest, whom they had to wake up to move his car, that nobody will leave before 10 a.m. (trully sorry about that to the other guest)

We arrived in the evening, and there was no one at the front desk. We called and waited over 10 minutes. There were no parking spots available at the hotel - this was very inconvenient as we had a larger transport van and street parking was difficult (and required a local phone number to reserve which we did not have). We also had some confusion between the rooms we thought we booked on Booking vs what was made available causing some late scrambling to figure out who goes where (we had eight people in four rooms). One of our rooms was a deluxe room that had a jacuzzi in the bedroom - practically speaking it was a little messy to use with the shower, also the only windows for the unit were in the ceiling. The bathrooms were small, with equipment oddly hidden behind a curtain. In another room the skylight randomly opened in the middle of the night, and the noise was absolutely terrifying. They only accepted cash, also inconvenient as they emailed us about this after our check in time and while we were on the road with no internet, and we don’t usually carry a lot of local cash with us.

The location was great, next to the big park and fortress, easy walking to main city sites. The rooms were decently sized, beds were comfortable.

It is not a hotel or a proper apartment. The rooms are really small and the walls are paper thin. We could hear the smallest movement in the rooms next to us and all the noise outside. It was impossible to sleep as we were awakened by noise early in the morning. We couldn't fall asleep at night because there was either loud music nearby or because the neighbors were having sexual intercourse. We could literally hear the sound the bed was making, as well as many other sounds. It was incredibly uncomfortable. Way, way too expensive for what is offered

A/C (converter) inefficient and not really up to date; ok, outside temperature was 37⁰c during my 2 nights stay. Window is a Velux in the ceiling (the curtain in the velux could't be closed or opened despite the batteries change in the remote control. The room's door has a kind of window which is disturbing at night as the light outside the room is very bright. Small details may easily be improved like the covering of electric cable near the refrigerator.

Air contition did not work good. It was very hot, unsleepable. Parking which i got late i other guys took then they moved me next to stairs. After i come back from dinner the reception guy asked me to park behind parked car and give him the key so the host can on early morning put my car out so other guests can go out. I dont like to give my private things, and i needed rest.

Rooms were clean, we had enough towels and for that money sleep could be great if the air condition was working.

I didn't like that the fridge freezer was dirty and not cold at all, the fridge wasn't cold either and it was on the coldest setting. The shower was missing a door. We only got a single sheet to cover ourselves with during the night, so I got a thicker duvet from the closet that had no cover on it.

Parking mesta su izuzetno mala, katastrofa. Parking mesto je bukvalno sirine automobila, plus nema mesta da automobil lepo udje na parking mesto. O izlasku iz tako parkiranog vozila necu ni da pricam, posto onaj ko je malo krupniji sigurno ne moze da izadje iz automobila ako je pored njega parking zauzet. Sobe su sa starim namestajem, roletne se raspadaju, sve skripi, ispod radijatora otrov za bube ili miseve, nisam sigurna, klima ako se pusti smrdi na budj. Mi smo bili u potrkovlju i bilo je prevruce posto imaju veliki prozori na krovu. Kupatilo je u kosinama, prilikom tusiranja ne mozes lepo da se ispravis (ja sam 1,70m). Prekoputa smestaja ima klub, i jako se cuje muzika ako su otvoreni prozori. Devojke neke mlade su nas docekale na ulazu, koje kao da ne pricaju srpski jezik. Ako ih nesto pitas gledaju u tebe ko tele u sarena vrata. Sve u svemu, verovatno najgori smestaj u kojem sam ikada bila.

What bothered us is that our room smelled too much of cigarette to the extent that we couldn't sleep comfortably at night, and the next day even our pajamas smelled of cigarette. It's OK if smoking is allowed in this property but it would also be important if they mentioned it in the information so people know if they have a problem with it or not.

On the plus side, it's a good place to stay for a short time, and most importantly, it's in the city center and provides you with parking for your car, all at a very good price. Also, the girls at the reception were very helpful and they let us check in 1 hour earlier, which we liked a lot.

When I chose the electric charging option, it seemed to be available at the facility, but when I went there, they showed me a box of computer and phone cables and asked me if I would charge it with that. In short, they have no idea about charging. There is no electric charging at the facility!

There was constant heating, we couldn't turn it off, so in order to be able to sleep, we had to turn on the air conditioning, which in turn made the air very dry. It was either too hot or too cold and different points during the night. Also the room is not sound proof, we could hear the people next to us almost as if they were in the same room with us

There are many downsides, such as no sound insulation of the rooms. This location is NOT suitable for those who travel and want to rest over night before they continue their travel. You won't get much rest here. But the worst of all, the owner is totally unprofessional and disrespectful. When I arrived, I was told by the staff to park my car in the farthest corner of the parking lot, which I did. I was also SPECIFICALLY told that my car won't be blocked after my checkout, and if it happens, that they will solve that problem within 2-3 minutes. So, I parked my car in the farthest corner of the parking lot. When I checked out, my car was blocked by another car. At the moment, there are only two cars on the parking lot, one being mine, the other being the one blocking me. There's also video surveillance at the parking lot. I told the owner to ask the other guest to move their car, so that I can leave, but she literally said: "WHICH CAR?" She didn't even deign to look at the surveillance monitor and see the situation there. Then she told me that she "has no idea whose car that is." It is not MY problem that she doesn't know her guests and which car belongs to which guest! I HAVE TO GO, I am a business owner, that was my company car, I had a meeting with my client, and I need my car! It took her ONE FULL HOUR to find the mysterious guest who was blocking my car! What if I had to catch an airplane, for instance? I will definitely send the owner the invoice for the profit I lost because my car was blocked on her parking lot! I was told by the staff to park there, and then this happens? The owner was also very unpleasant and unprofessional, very rude and not caring at all! She threatens me with the police because I want MY CAR??? My reply to her was: Sure, I WILL CALL the police, because you blocked MY car and you refuse to GIVE ME MY CAR BACK!

The location is perfect, cannot be any better, at the heart of the city. Staff members (save for the owner) are okay and professional, cleaning ladies are exceptionally professional. The comfort is rather medium, but given the medium to low price of accommodation, that's perfectly acceptable. Parking lots are a huge plus, given the fact that the entire city has a huge parking lot deficiency. The cleanliness is also medium, and this is something that has to be improved.
