Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
Guidelines and Standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.

You shoud adjust the parking policy on your website. We had problem with the parking. We parked on one space, then the recepcionist came so that other car can park. Then the recepcionist told the other car to park where we have already parked. And we were told to park on another space where we were blocking two cars. Sleep was very important because we had long trip ahead of us, and in the morning we were disturbed to change our parking spot. Although we were firstly parked on a spot where we did not block any car!
We liked the facilities, the comfortable beds, the bathroom was very clean, there was enough space in the room. The room is very well decorated and it feels like a home.

All was very good.
Very comfortable, clean, spacious. Also it is close to highway if you are just passing through Nis. It has a private parking so the car is safe. Staff polite and helpful. Would definitely recommend for a stay.

Sound isolation is rather poor, at times I felt like I am in a room with other people. But I assume that at this stage, they cannot do much regarding this.

The property was perfect. The woman on the reception was very polite and helpful. The location of the apartments is on a 3 minute walk from the centre. And there is a private parking space. Would highly recommend.

The rooms are very high and they couldn't heat well.
This hotel is perfectly situated near city centre of Nis and the main square. The staff is helpful, quite confident in communicating and very assisting. The room are spacious and well-decorated. Even they offered us complimentary drinks like water and tea.

Limited, and squished, parking area. Thin walls, letting in the sounds from neighbouring rooms- not very pleasant during our stay, as a nearby couple was having, repeatedly, quite a noise "fun" that we had to listen to...
Excellent location, in the city center, close to the main attractions. Friendly and accommodating staff, complementary tea in the room, and coffee dispensing machine at the reception. Although the location does not provide meals, there are many restaurants and fast-food kiosks nearby.

Room layout was nice, perfect for family short trip. The family suite had 2 rooms, one with double bad and the other with 2 single beds. We stayed during January and the rooms were warm enough to feel comfortable. Additionally there was also parking slot which made our stay even easier. We arrived after midnight and the staff was waiting for us, very helpful and nice as well. Above all the cheap price exceeded our expectations of the facility and room conditions.

I wish there's more windows for ventilation and the aircon is not working well. Its hot and stuffy.
The location is awesome as its very near to many attractions, I had great fun.

Perfect stay with most hospitable and helpful staff. Parking was a real k bonus. The room was very warm and comfortable with great facilities. Very close to the centre of town, Riverside, and historic castle. Will definitely return soon.

Some of the rooms and bathrooms need renovations. Kitchenets should be equipped with coffee making facilities.
