The shower and restroom is pretty crowded, and not enough privacy (the curtains are very small). Also, bring earplugs, because you can hear very well when someone is walking in the hallway.

The location is awesome, the price as well. There was breakfast included. The room was decent, pretty clean.

Although none of the staff were unfriendly, none of them seemed to want to be there. The young man on reception when I arrived couldn't even be bothered to pause his game/video. There were different times for the breakfast on the website, the reception/breakfast area and the information note in the rooms... no idea which was the correct one. The website also mentioned the kitchen is open 24hrs a day; it was actually 7-23. Very little crockery in the kitchen, struggled to find a cup most days. The room had no windows. Although I knew this when booking, I didn't expect it to feel so claustrophobic. If I were to stay here again, I would probably pay extra for a room with a window. The lack of windows also meant there's no way to get some fresh air. The fan helped a little. After a shower the room is hot and damp, and the fan just wasn't strong enough. The shower is next to the toilet with no partition, so expect a wet toilet. The shower head was attached so ridiculously high, anyone but those over 2.5mt, will get just a sprinkling of water. I also felt a bit uneasy about the electrical wires that were behind an ill-fitting cover. Overall it wasn't outright bad, it wasn't good, just OK. For the price I felt it was not the best value.

The location on Södermalm is excellent. It's a 10min walk (+some steep stairs!) from the metro station and a busstop. There's a small cornershop across the street and a large ICA and Lidl ca 10min away. The breakfast was ok. Nothing special, but appreciated it was there. I found the bed comfortable. Although I could hear my neighbours, it was still fairly quiet (I was in the hotel section). The communal kitchen is quite clean. The mini fridge in the room was a nice touch. I was also able to leave my luggage after checking out.

WiFi didnt work. The room was in the basement, so mobile internet barely worked, too. Lack of window kinda sucked, but ventilation is good, so it was pretty fresh. There was no fridge. No bathroom or restroom in the room.

The wifi wasn't amazing, sometimes it worked well and sometimes you couldn't connect. The bathrooms were 6/10 clean, but you could tell they cleaned them well in the middle of the day and they were just getting used by too many people.

The location was good. Close enough to walk to old town and the harbour area to take a ferry. Close enough to walk to the large ferry docks to take ships to other cities. Overall good for the price. Breakfast was a standard european breakfast with hard boiled eggs, bread, meat, cheese, fruit, and veggies.

When I booked, I was told we'd have a private bathroom and that wasn't the case, it was shared.

All was as it should. A very respectable hostel, and the room was alright. In the middle of the summer it was actually good it didn't have windows so the light didn't wake us up at like 4 am.
