Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

Room was a little worn with marks in the walls and stained carpet. Skirting boards were also damaged. This was not a real problem, but detracted from the otherwise premium feel of the hotel.
Large room with decent amenities. Very comfortable bed. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was very decent. Close to Malmö C train station (10 minutes walk).

The breakfast was very expensive, one day before we asked in the reception the breakfasts cost and they told as 179 kr but when we are going to pay the breakfast in the hotels restaurant they charged us 250 kr for every breakfast! 70 kr more!! I think they should explain better when we asked one day before what was the cost if we pay at the restaurant.

Couldn’t find normal tea bags at the drinks station. Loose tea available but no tea pot.

Room was slightly set out a bit weird. Nothing particularly wrong with it but the way the furniture was placed just felt a bit odd.
Super friendly helpful staff including the front desk and especially the housekeeping. Clean rooms and the most comfortable beds I have slept on for a very long time. The fresh water with lemon and snacks at reception was a really nice touch.

The room was spacious and quiet with working space, clean bathroom and a fridge in the room. nice breakfast. Lidl is close in the underground floor in the neighboring building. Walking distance to the city center and train station.

Communication with staff could have been better, my email for claiming my Radission Blu points has never been answered. Breakfast is good (worth booking), dinner was so-so. Not to bad, definitely not exceeding expectations.
Excellent location for city exploring. Breakfast / dinner setting is really nice with the patio adjacent to one of Malmo's oldest buildings. When arriving by car you can easily park underneath the hotel.

Room smell dusty (probably because the window cannot be opened?). The air-conditioner wasn’t good - it worked but was positioned in a corner (and blowing upward), also not powerful enough. So it couldn’t cool down the whole room and the room was pretty warm. No central cooling system either. Room was pretty clean. But the cleaning staff didn’t clean our room in the penultimate day of our stay (so the day before our check-out day). Minibar was empty, no coffee or tea (not sure if this is the same for the other rooms, maybe it’s the standard?).
Front desk staff were friendly and we had a smooth check-in process. The room was very big. Location wise it’s perfect - close to the Central Station and city centre, also have an ICA just next door so very convenient.
