Excellent, polite staff, balconies have great views, big rooms and the pool toys are a nice addition to float around on.

The beds were a little bit firm for our liking however our friend enjoyed it. The drinks were a little bit pricey compared to the area. You could get much cheaper drinks round the corner.

The staff were amazing at Nipa Resort. They were attentive, polite and went above and beyond. On my friends birthday they left him a birthday message on the bed and a free cake I’m the fridge. The staff were chatty and we enjoyed speaking to them. The food from room service was well priced and delicious.

Comfy bed and spacious. They were so sweet to deco anniversary bed for us🥰 Location around 10mins walk to Jungceylon mall/Bangla street. free shuttle to Patong beach from the hotel. Walking distance to restaurants. Location is opposite to Patong hospital. So far no noise, quiet. Love it

TV was a very old (analogue) flatscreen and didn’t work at all. Bathroom was also leaking water when showering.

We had a DeLuxe room with pool view. It’s a little bit older hotel. The balcony was very spacious. Location was good for restaurants, bars and shopping. Breakfast okay. Nice and big swimming pool with bar.

The shower in the bath tub was a little hard to get in and out of but that was not a great problem

The hotel is situated on a busy road which can be difficult to cross when it's a busy time of the day, although there is a crossing a bit further up the road. Breakfast could have been a little more varied.

We loved the pool area and the little bar was fab with happy hour cocktails! We could walk straight out of our room into the pool area which was great! We loved the stone elephants in the pool :)

The Ladies didn’t clean properly when we arrived we found hair in the bathroom and we left there when we left, The showers/ bath needs some tender care because when you shower the water flows out to the floor which creates a mess.

I liked the fact that it’s a central place which is closer to almost everything and the free transport to the beach and most clubs

Cleaning. The room was not clean and nobody wash the floor during 10 days of our staying. Also air conditioning works strange, if you turn it on it feels freezing and not comfortable, but without it it’s really hot. You can’t change the temperature (I think it’s broken).

Not enough sunbeds / sittings areas at the pool Numerous breakfast options but nothing really to our ‘European’ taste - don’t like curry in the morning

Walking distance to Patong beach. Close to everything but far enough not to hear the noisy nightlife. Nice swimming pool but looked bigger on the site than it actually is Spacy clean rooms
