I have been at 4 other hotels in Phuket this my least favorite one, I paid the same for this one as I paid for the other 3 The lock was giving me problems didn’t read my key card they had to come and fix it twice, I didn’t have hot water in the shower they had to come and fix it, I booked a king size bed and when they showed me the room they tried putting me in a room with 2 single beds Until I told them I will not take it and then they apparently found a room with king size, Very expensive, not good for the value I went with this hotel based on the reviews and had a total different experience. I will not visit again.

Closing the doors is very loud, we closed ours carefully but others slammed them, its very load in the corridor so you wake up on every slam, its horrible because its so loud. I cant recommend it to families because the children will wake up.

The breakfast was great and the personal was nice, the overall hotel looks nice and the pool area is also great.

The only thing which was a shock more than an issue is the mattresses were like rocks. We slept well tho cause we were tired and I woke up refreshed and no sore back.

Upon arrival we were treated like royalty. From the reception to the room cleaning staff to the restaurant staff to Billy and the crew at the bar in the pool area and Zindy who organised our tours outside, they were phenomenal. The property was clean, central to everything and never overcrowded at the pool area or restaurant. Internet connection was fine in certain areas, not a problem. Highly recommend this property.

The gym was old, sticky and very hot with no airconditioning. Also the gym hours didn’t make it possible to do a work-out. They should not call this a proper gym facility.

The pool was really gorgeous, very friendly staff. Breakfast was great and the room tidy.

The bed was a bit hard. The front door didn't automatically close when you pulled it shut, and our door was ajar the whole night.

We arrived at night, and the night receptionist man was an absolute delight. He chose a better room for us, on the ground floor, at the far end of the pool. It was so quiet and restful. The night receptionist was superb with customer service. Air-conditioning worked well. The bathroom shower had strong water pressure. The bathroom was spacious. Block out curtains were very effective at blocking the morning light. The room was very clean. The room was very quiet. The food at the pool bar was delicious. The staff at the pool bar were very welcome. Toilet facilities at the pool were very clean. Really large pool with water features, canals, and bridges. Quite extensive. Within two blocks of the beach. Laundry, 7/11, restaurants and bars close by. Hotel right near the main hospital.

Unfortunately, the first room I was offered had an unappealing bathroom (scuffed bathtub, mouldy grouting) and I found 2 mosquitoes in it, so I asked for an alternative room. The second room proved much better. However, the quality of the picture on the TV screen was poor as well as the choice of TV channels compared with other hotels that I had stayed at previous to this one. The breakfast they provided was okay. My friends (who were staying) on the other wing fared much better. The second wing seemed a bit more updated compared to the tiredness of the decor in our wing. A final detail, the AC unit seemed to be on the same (very cold) setting even when I tried to adjust the temperature settings on the control panel, so the only choice was to switch it off for a while at times.

Friendly staff who tried to resolve the problems. Good location. The pool also looked nice although we never went in.

The staff are rude. The beds were hard as rocks. The Aircon didn’t work properly, ran out of hot water multiple times overall just a very crappy hotel do not stay there

Breakfast was relatively expensive at 400bt. One two consecutive nights the mast light switch in the room failed to operate leaving me wanting to go sleep with ALL room lights on. Maintenance come and corrected the fault but the first occasion took some time ..... not appreciated at 12:30 am

The pool was a great place to hang after the beach or a tour. Happy hour was good and food could be ordered by the pool. It was pricier than we usually pay but worth it. The massages were a More expensive but I guess that’s what you would expect from a hotel. Breakfast was great and the hours were 6:30-10:00 so no rushing to get up Hotel also had a tour operator right there which was convenient

In the first days of my stay I had problems because of the hotel rules, but then after meeting the hotel's General Manager and F/O Manager, Mrs Nasrin and talking about my problems,  than everything was perfect, I would like to thank the whole hotel team and especially Mrs Nasrin. I will definitely choose Nipa resort for my next stay and recommend it to all my friends!

I wish the breakfast had more options :)

We went to Nipa last minute and it was amazing. The pool is amazing and we stayed at the room with direct pool access. The gym is great and the staff were excellent. It was my birthday and they decorated my bed with a happy birthday sign and cute little brownie. The breakfast was great too with lots of options.
