I didn't like the joining fee (1000 baht per night). I had electricity failures 6 times whenever it rained so sometimes I couldn't sleep because the lights were stuck on. the wifi never worked in my room

the pool complex, the upgraded room and the breakfast. the manager was awesome helping me sort out a complex issue with my girlfriend. the staff did their best to upgrade my room due to electricity issues.

Standard rooms are a good size but the view is to a wall 2 meters away. Get a pool side room for a view. About 40 minutes walk to the ‘activity’ of Bangla Road. However, only THB200 by taxi which are plentiful.

the staff weren’t polite, the housekeepers stole a lot of things out of my room and when I told reception they didn’t care. I had so many issues with the room, the ac stopped working every second night, the bathtub was leaking water, the power box would stop working every other day. I went to the buffet breakfast and found mould on the bread, told the staff and they just removed it and let people continue to eat instead of replacing… I wouldn’t ever stay here again.

The staff could have been friendlier. I felt like we were a nuisance when we checked in and weren't given much information about the hotel at all. We booked the room with the attached spa - the room is very damp and musty smelling, and had a lot of mosquitos in the room. The bed was very hard and we were only provided with two very flat pillows. Our friend was also staying in a similar room and asked to change due to the mosquitos - this wasn't received well at all and the staff were very reluctant (yes, she asked to pay for a different room, she didn't ask for anything for free). After a while they agreed to move her, however they then overcharged her by a few hundred AUD (they then asked her to try and spend that money on the bar and drinks so they didn't have to refund her). Make sure to check your booking and print your confirmation to take with you - they will try to make you pay more than what you booked for and will make up charges like saying we only booked for 1 person and had to pay double for an extra person (even though the confirmation says we booked for 2 people) - we showed them the booking and they reluctantly backed off. The shower has next to no pressure and the hot water only worked intermittently - it was either scolding hot or freezing cold and often no hot water at all. The safe powered off after 2 days and couldn't be fixed, and the door to the spa outside wouldn't lock. The "spa" outside is just a pool, it isn't warm at all and it just like an extension of the main pool. Even though the hotel had a no smoking rule you could very obviously smell guests smoking especially in the afternoons and into the evenings. The breakfast was OK, it changed everyday and was a small selection of some hot foods, fruit, 2 cereals, tea and coffee. I don't know if most of this is because we were in the older side of the hotel or if this is their standard.

The pool was lovely and large, it had a good bar with drinks and ice-cream. The TV in the room works with a hard drive to bring your own movies and shows to watch in the room. Good location for walking distance to markets, food, bars etc

Nipa Resort is in an excellent location! Only a 10-15 minute walk to Bangla road and then you are on Patong beach! The staff are lovely and the pool is a good size considering there were always people there! There was always help when needed and the room was very good for the price!

The bathroom tub was broken and flooded the bathroom every time the shower was turned on. Staff said a technician would check it out but nothing would ever happen. Plates of old food were left in the hallway for days and days.

It is a little far from the beach,however the pool is so good that we rarely went there.

Stylish hotel with great pool. Staff are exceptional. Bar and food prices in the hotel are reasonable enough not to worry about how much you use. Hotel cook makes an excellent fish and chips. The room is tastefully decorated in Thai style and the bed is comfortable. Would definitely return here.

Wow. Lovely place. Pool immaculate. Room had balcony view over pool. Great value for the quality of the hotel. Booked early so had great price. Cleaners on site All day so room cleaned whatever time you went out. restaurant looked good but didn't use. Was a solo traveller so was not too bothered about hotel but got lucky with this place. If I was with family or kids would definitely book here. Tour operator on site. Extremely helpful. And lastly the Reception staff are truly the most friendly I have ever met. All of them a credit to the hotel. Hope they get to read message that they are appreciated 👍

The best resort in Phuket, I really recommend this place, very clean, good food, good location and really good service, was everything perfect. The pool area is amazing, the room was really comfortable and clean. I'm excited to come back one day.

We got upgraded for free and the room was lovely, jacuzzi outside our door wow😍...location was 5mins walk from bangla Rd so a little more peaceful. Pool was great and everything was very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely stay again x

The elevator needs urgent impovement as it looks like junk comparing with rest of hotel. Bathroom and bath hubs specially can be updated. The rooms without pool view have miserable sights because a lot of abandoned construction sites around the hotel (I think due to pandemic)

Great quality / price report for this hotel. At 10 minuted walk from Patong beach, in a less noisy area. The rooms were clean and spacious. In my opinion best value for money hotel in the area considering the retreat cozy pool, the fact that hotel is not very big so not very crowded. Close to all the main attractions in Patong area.
