It was peaceful, you could go to parties but know that it will be calm at this hotel. Fon fon was very helpful at the reception!

The tiles in the bathroom were covered in a laminate that was peeling off in our room and the tap was falling off.

In a good location near the viewpoints, the room was clean and was far enough away to not hear noise from the bars

We noticed that even though they came in to the room every day to ‘clean’ and make the bed, they didn’t change the sheets as we noticed they were still dirty, just moved them around. Wi fi was patchy too.

It was a good budget hotel, clean with good decor, rooms smelt really nice, great location as it was near everything but in a quiet spot. Our room had a nice view although it seems like other rooms don’t have the same

5 of us stayed in 3 separate rooms .. all had beautiful bedrooms but horrofic bathrooms that were falling apart . its like they ran out of budget or something.

We only spent the night here and I wouldn’t want to have stayed for a long period, it is basic. But if you just want a night or a couple then it’s a great choice.

The hotel met our needs exactly. It meant we could stay on the Phi Phi islands overnight to enjoy the nightlife. It’s set back a little further away from the bars so no issues with noise when sleeping. The bed was very comfortable too. It’s nothing glamorous but for what you’re paying it’s exceptional value for money. Clean and all the facilities you would need. Compared to a lot of the hotels we saw around the island it’s a good standard.

The staff over the counter created problems when we asked for an extension of 1 hour on a non busy day. Initially she agreed to provide single of two rooms booked by us, later after the surrendered room was cleaned, she started all kind of complaints for the bedsheets being spoilt by us, where as there was not a single stain. This was an attempt to empty the requested room earlier than the extended period, OR we were very openly asked for 300THB additionally under the allegation of spoiling the bedsheet(afterall) the bedsheets are fine white and 1 or 2 rubs are always acceptable. Beware of this cunning lady at the hotel if you dont want to ruin the rest of your vacation.

The rooms were very clean, wi-fi up to the mark, the facilities like water, coffee, etc. were available. The location is great to visit a beach near by or start a trek to Phi Phi viewpoint.

the bathroom didn't smell good. The shower smelled damp, and the floor was constantly wet. I would also add that the short walk from main centre to the hotel is a little dark and could be scary alone.

Big room, comfy bed and a water fountain to refill our bottles right outside of our bedroom. The location is only a couple of minutes away from the main busy area but far enough away that its quiet at night.

we had a lovely view of a building less than 1m from the window so we actually had zero view which was very disappointing. The bathroom could do with an upgrade also, there was nowhere to stash our soaps etc when showering.

The room was spacious and very comfortable. the bed sheets were clean and the pillows very soft.

Hotel was located near some kind of sewage and sometimes it smelled bad when the window was open. Maybe because we were in the first floor.

There was no proper hot water facility in the bathroom for shower, most of the time water was cold even though electric geyser is installed. Another problem is that there is no lift in the facility. Carrying heavy luggage to room is difficult without the staff help.

Property was neatly maintained and staff was very helpful. Even though there was no lift, staff helped to escort the luggage to our room. very kind.

Even though the bedroom looked modern, the bathroom left a lot to be desired. It was pretty dingy with paint chipping off both the walls, floor & sink area (don’t know why but the tiles on the floor and sick were painted). It just had a very unclean feel to it. Done the job for 2 nights but very expensive for what it was.

no lift, and with two toddler and the third floor it was a lot in the heat as the communal places are not air conned. Noise from outside the room was quite loud.

location was great, easy to get to the beach but far enough away so it wasn’t too loud at night. staff were lovely, room was great and so big (room 305). love the modern decor!

A small point which has nothing directly to do with the hotel is that at the back of the hotel there is sufficient building works which we were aware of prior to our stay.

The Receptionist (Fon) and her team were faultless, ready on hand to sort out any problems however small, cheerful and extremely helpful, just the fact that the hotel was fully booked during the entirety of our stay (two weeks) shows how popular it was.

no breackfast. we had to ask the cleaning ladies a lot of times to come and clean our room. the bathroom was quite old and dirty in the shower area. no balcony to use
