The main, open pool was heavily chlorinated at the time, but that may just have been that instance, and is about all I can complain about.

We love Phi Phi (myself and both grown up daughters) and our 4th visit. The location of PPHVH is great, only a 2 minute walk from the ferry terminal and stretches from Ton Sai Bay (ferry and tours pier) to Loh Dalum Beach where you swim and party. Was removed form the hustle and bustle of central Phi Phi town. A nice long pool runs down the middle and primarily accessed by the rooms onto it (and a small laneway halfway along), to a more open access polol area that fronts Loh Dalum Beach. The room was your standard Single and Double bed set up, regual size and amentities, so no problems there. Was overall a clean room and hotel, buitl in 2016, it is just starting to show some signs of wear, but still in good condition. The staff are awesome, I don't want to jinx myself, but we haven't really had a bad experience with Thai staff and here is no exception. Very warm and welcoming, the reception crew are great, cleaning staff - great, waiting staff - great, and special thanks to Prateep K. in the main foyer, great help and friendliness. They were very accomodating, we had booked 2 nights here, and when the other hptel we had booked on Eastern Phi Phi beaches suddenly closed down, I was able to book those 2 nights at PPHVH and they made sure to line us up in teh same room for both bookings, appreciate that. Breakfast buffet is good and a nice location (Anchor Restaurant) to eat from.

The bed was too hard. The breakfast area needs to keep the food cool and away from flies.

We loved the pool with swim up room, the air conditioning was really good, rooms were clean. Wi-Fi was good, great central location Breakfast and hotel view was excellent We particularly liked the staff and that they looked after the cats

Definitely a 3 star. Basic but nice. Breakfast could have had more variety and better coffee. But overall had everything we need.

If I had to say one thing I would just say the sun loungers and umbrellas around the pool could do with being replaced with new ones, just looked a little tired and damaged.

The hotel was in a great location, close to every thing but far enough away from the loudness of the night life. Staff were friendly. Breakfast included which was fine.

The staff was incredible, even on our last day, which was rainy, the staff was willing to give us their own umbrellas! They really made us feel special and helped make our honeymoon even more unforgettable. We will come back to the hotel.

The swim up pool could do with a ladder or steps to get in as it is a bit slippy on the edge .

Close proximity to Pier , we had a swim up from which was lovely . Nice breakfast with the most stunning views.

The hotel leaves something to be desired in some aspects. The mattress is uncomfortable (very hard), the towels are not replaced, the floor is damp and slippery, with a high risk of falling, and the bathroom has a “glass wall” overlooking the room, where privacy is provided by a plastic curtain. Finally, breakfast is served in a restaurant next to the hotel, by the sea, but there are a lot of flies. I do not recommend it!

The hotel is excellently located and is in a quieter part of the island. The staff is very friendly.

Very central location between boat harbour to the south and a beach to the north. Easy access to restaurants and shops. Clean and well equipped rooms. We opted for the poolside rooms - great to have private loungers and to be able to jump into the pool :). Showers were fine. Breakfast buffet great, lots of choice. Some distant ‘boom’ music from beach side bar about 1/2km away but not loud enough to disrupt sleep. Recommended for families.
