United KingdomThe hotel is a little dated, but honestly so clean and staff so friendly for the price so this didn't matter to us. The shower only points in one direction unless you take it off the hook and manually shower but again very minor point. The bed had a VERY firm mattress and quite a small, flat pillow but we were so exhausted from our days on Phi Phi we actually still slept on this absolutely fine.
Great location literally a stones throw from the pier which is great when getting in and leaving. Pool was more than sufficient for us and there was a good choice for breakfast. The room was very clean and we had no problems at all and the staff were all lovely and very friendly. It was also really peaceful in the evening so at the right end of the island if if you want a good night's sleep. The views from our room on the third floor looking at the limestone cliffs was beautiful too.

United StatesBeds were very hard and AC shuts off every time you leave the room so it was extremely hot. We were also on the 5th floor and there is no elevator. You have to leave your room key with the front desk every time you leave the hotel and stop at the desk to get it again.
Awesome location, very central and right near the pier.

Location, location, location! Situated 100m from the tonsai pier, once you get off the Ferry it's a 1 minute walk to the hotel which was the best thing after a 2hr ferry! Hotel is a little dated but has your basic amenities such as toilet, shower, tv, aircon (which was a blessing). You can also utilise their pool and gym facilities. There is a lovely lady just down from reception who does laundry per kg (60baht). Overall a lovely stay and will stay again!
