I read so many reviews about how quiet it was but this was definitely not the case. It’s my second visit to phi phi and my daughter lives on the island. Worst stay for noise! Doors banging everywhere till 4am, awful

During my stay, the duvet was changed. After the change, a lot of bites started. It was bedbugs! I was even swollen with an allergic reaction. I reached my parents, and was informed that they were noticed. I'm completely chopped up. and it was at your hotel. bed bugs and hygiene issues! the breakfast is very weak. coni basically bread and butter

The establishment is outdated and needs urgently a renovation. Especially, the bathroom is in bad condition. It has one of the highest scores in Phi Phi and I am wondering how bad are the other ones.

Located in the heart of the town, though it is in a quiet spot. Room is spacious and there is a small pool where you can have a quick dive.

We knew that we paid for a 3 star stay however we had such a terrible experience with this stay. At the end of the check out we were asked to pay for laundry for the towels that house keeping provides which we thought was ridiculous. Never ever have I seen a hotel asking for such thing. We were stopped from checking out, because 2 glasses were misplaced as we had booked 2 rooms. WiFi is poor, the electricity cuts out in between mornings at random times. Most importantly, they don’t have lifts which meant that we had to carry all of 6 suitcases. The air condition doesn’t work and overall a miserable stay. Will never use again.

The staff here were absolutely lovely and realised on my passport that it was my birthday and went to the effort to buy me a piece of cake and sing happy birthday. The view from the balcony was stunning and the gym that is included is amazing!

Excellent staff who obviously take pride in their workplace and are happy to oblige . Great location , really comfy beds and surprisingly quiet as so close to all amenities. Best breakfast we’ve had so far . We rebooked three more times and would definitely return here.

This hotel has everything you need, it’s clean and comfortable and the staff are very friendly,y and helpful. It’s in a great location near the port but tucked away from the noise. Everything is within a 2-8 minute walk with a laundry service right out front (by the kilo). Heaps of restaurants to choose from and fabulous street food. I stayed in a sea view room and the views were amazing! Great pool and plenty of sun beds although you’ll find you’re out exploring or snorkelling as there’s so many great spots!

We were not carrying luggage, so having no elevators was not a problem for us when we had to go to the last floor:) But I can’t imagine some older people making it on stairs several times per day:)

Perfectly situated just a minute walk from the ferry dock, this hotel has everything a visitor toPhi Phi needs. Excellent facilities, wonderfully friendly staff, good WiFi, ocean views, great shower, balconies, nice breakfast, and quiet from the bustle of central Phi Phi.

Stayed 2 nights but room was not cleaned as you had to put a sign out on your door . We did not know this but as only there 2 night's was ok .

View from our room was amazing overlooked the harbour. Staff were very friendly . Breakfast was good lots of choices . We loved our time on Phi Phi what a place .

Nothing to complain about.

The staff are so amazing. We pretty much enjoyed the pool to ourself after the snorkeling trip. Breakfast was great beside the pool. Air conditioning was fantastic in the rooms and the location was so easy to walk 100m from the pier where you get dropped off. We stayed two nights and would easily stay a week. The smaller restraints are amazing. Really enjoyed the local dishes. WiFi works easily
