Our stay at COMO Point Yamu in Phuket was absolutely exceptional. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed. The view from the outdoor pool was simply breathtaking — like something out of a dream. What truly made the experience unforgettable, though, was the staff. Every single team member went above and beyond to ensure our stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Their warmth and attentiveness did not go unnoticed, and I’m deeply grateful for the outstanding hospitality. 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

The water pressure for the bathtub is weak. It took 30 mins to fill up only 2 inches of water.

Location: it's isolated from the more crowded places on the island. This could be a plus for some people, I would have preferred to be closer to markets and other attractions.

Modernist style but definitely with a Thai feel. Everything was great. Staff are first class, the food is amazing (bought the Como cookbook), and the pool area is fantastic.Three large pools one for children, one for families and one for adults all with fantastic views. Works really well.

Blissful! This has been one of our best experiences. The hotel is absolutely stunning, if you’re into interior design, you will appreciate the materials and how they’ve designed it. The services were impeccable, staff were attentive, they did little things that made our stay very memorable. The breakfast has been one of our bests, so many wholesome options. The view and swimming pool, WOW! Highly recommend and would happily come again.

Absolutely nothing!

Gorgeous, gorgeous resort that hits all the marks! This is an exquisite hotel with spectacular views throughout, outstanding food options and the most amazing breakfast spread I have ever experienced. The photos do NOT do this place justice. The staff are stellar and in true Thai form incredibly hospitable and extremely attentive. This is a superlative hotel experience you will not forget. We are so glad we took a chance on this place because the photos do not relay the spectacular one of kind experience this hotel provides!

The location is isolated. You can not step out with no transportation. Sometimes, you try to use a transportation App, but they refuse your trip request due to distance, so you ask the receptionist to find a double-price car to accommodate your needs. Breakfast is not the best. They have limited options. However, it was fine The private swimming pool is not heated, like other hotels have, you need to wait till the afternoon so the water will be fairly warm for your kids to swim.

Super great staff, super clean, super nice view. I had a flying ticket issue, so I contacted the hotel to move the booking date and they accepted with pleasure without adding any penalties. Thank you for your kind understanding

The only thing you need to know about this property is that it is a 5 minute walk to the beach, so if you are a beach hugger, not for you. I personally did not mind at all. The property is stunning and makes up for it easily.

It is clean and pristine. A really beautiful if unusually designed property. Meticulously kept and presented. I really loved the place.

Only issue we had was in our room 401, you could open the doors while they were locked if you pushed on both doors. Made it feel a little less secure.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, they helped me plan a birthday surprise for my wife at dinner. Room was very clean and inviting, amazing view!
