Perfect location for a town visit, or a one night stop before heading out to the islands by boat. Can ot fault this place one bit. Also was used to film the movie "The Beach" with Leonardo... This place has character.

Beautiful hotel lovely location staff where excellent. We stayed on the night of the Phuket night market with lots to do and taste it was fantastic as a stop over to organise our trip to Koh Phi Phi as the hotel can arrange a ferry booking.

Water in the shower was actually not warm at all but due to the generic temp it did not disturb.

The whole hotel is cozy and chic. It has lots of antique furniture and it's very well decorated. The interior small garden is idilic. Perfect for a couple of days in Phuket, since it's in the centre. Very nice rooms and bathrooms. The staff was very very nice

The room is a bit dark, insufficient of lighting.

The location is excellent, just 2 minutes walk to the old town main street. The decoration is so nice. The staff, Nathan, is very friendly and helpful.

The staff are all very welcoming and friendly. They made us feel well looked after. Our room was quiet and spacious with a great T.V. for movie watching.. Wifi worked really well. Air con quiet and efficient. Great rainfall walk-in shower. Comfy beds helped us sleep well. Housekeeping always cleaned our room daily, with fresh items. They work hard and results really show. Superb location close to boutique shops and eateries. We were very happy we chose this hotel for our 6 night stay.

This is my second review as we stayed here twice. Great old hotel in centre of old Phuket. Staff amazing. All day little snacks and rose drink a lovely touch.

Nothing- but be aware need to get a taxi 500 BAHT to beaches ( around 45 mins).

Beautiful old hotel in the centre of Old Phuket. You feel like you are in a time warp. Staff very welcoming and helpful always looking out on how to make your stay in Thailand the best in can be.

Kind, helpful staff including Phillip working the night shift and Nathan and Amanda during the day. They went out of their way to help us with our luggage, orientation about the hotel and also arranging a taxi for our next destination.

Loved everything: the vibe, beauty of the restoration, our blue-themed room, exceptional staff, comfort, right in the middle of the old town. Staff had no problem giving us access to shower facilities and aircon rest room from checkout at 12pm until 10pm when our flight was delayed.

We loved our stay here. First of all the beauty and colours in this historical hotel that is decorated with such taste and artistry. The service is excellent and each member of staff is very helpful, gentle and friendly. We loved the coffee, teas and sweet pastries in the morning. It was generous. And a very central location. In the mide of the action. Also we organised our ferry trip with the hotel. Very helpful!.

We accidentally found this hotel in a guide to interesting places in the Old Town and decided to stay here just for fun. It turned out to be the best decision! The location is perfect—every direction is beautiful, and we never had to take extra steps just to reach the hotel. Everything is walkable and enjoyable. The hotel is old, but it doesn’t have that musty “grandmother’s dresser” smell. The water pressure in the shower is fantastic, and the bed is incredibly comfortable. The reception staff, Naithon and Papa, are absolute sweethearts! They told us so much about the city and gave detailed, interesting answers to all our questions about Thai life. Seriously, they deserve a bonus—they truly care about this place, and they are the soul of this place. Plus, their English is excellent! We stayed for two days to fully explore the Old Town. Despite being surrounded by popular streets, it was very quiet inside. The inner courtyard is peaceful and serene.

Not a big thing but our tap and shower head were loose and needed some attention, just a little maintenance would solve this.
