Nothing to complain about, I really loved this hotel.

Great location in a beautiful historic building, a really comfortable bed and lovely staff who went out of their way to help. The best thing - we checked out at midday and they not only held our bags til 6pm but we could also make use of the lovely air conditioned lounge and have final shower before heading to the airport to fly home.

A snapshot in the very rich history of Phuket old town, honestly the old charm has been maintained to feel like a stunning immersion in the old time feel with the Sino-portugese influence. It is a beautifully appointed hotel with tremendous staff, upon needing to move roomss because of asthma they were so incredibly accommodating. An immense added bonus is how quiet it is for being right in the heart of the best part of Phuket Town, highly recommend staying during a Sunday for the Market, it is literally at your doorstep and is surreal how immersed you are in this incredible hotel and market

The lighting in the room a big low but presume thats either fir the ambience or to do with the voltage in Thailand

The hotel decor and ambience was very authentic. In fact became quite emotional when we arrived. The staff were amazing ,very attentive and couldn't do enough for you. Nathan was especially helpful and guiding us with our everyday activities. He ordered taxis and advised best beaches to visit. All the other staff Jenny Nene Amanda Alan and Phillip were just as attentive and very helpful. The rooms were small but very tastefully decorated and were cleaned daily with fresh towels each time. A snack was offered daily in the morning but generally we had breakfast at the adjoining cafe.. must say the fruit and granola was my favourite. Would highly recommend this hotel and would have no hesitation in going again

Ideal location and beautifully decorated. Lots of history, very helpful and kind staff who were always happy to help. Nathan on the front desk in particular was lovely and always took an interest in our plans to offer us any tips and extra ideas. Also the bed was VERY comfy!

Brilliant location. Fantastic building. Nice pillows and superb beds with proper body and neck support. Excellent showers as well. Fluffy towels and qualify sheets are a bonus. Unlimited bottled water. I’ve stayed 120 nights in hotels throughout Asia this year and this hotel is easily the best for quality, service and value. The staff are really lovely people.

One thing that was problematic was the smell in the bathroom from pipes (sewage system). We were mostly out all day, just sleeping in the room but for people who would like to rest in the hotel more this can be a blocker…

The hotel is in the center of the city so everywhere is close. The room was ok and clean. There is a laundry service and the staff is super nice. The hotel itself is very interesting so overall it was a good stay.

A hotel in a great location for exploring old Phuket town. Fantastic value for money and feels like stepping back in time when inside the hotel (in a good way!) The staff are very friendly and helpful and the rooms are comfortable. A great value hotel.
