The hotel is very beautiful, blends well in to the architecture of the town. The decor is fantastatic and the ambience puts you immediatelty in holiday mode. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, location is perfect and most importantly, OnOn has a very good reputation amongst locals.

The acoustic was not as great where you can hear your neighbors walking past your room or even when they are knocking against the common wall. Not a reason to turn down though as i think its because of the heritage nature of the building.

Its central to most of the spots around town, room was clean with comfortable beds, and the vibes too.

Every morning, quite early there was some noisy activity out in the corridor. Never did work out what or why.

Loved this hotel. Spent a little more and got a small ‘suite’ (a big comfortable room) at the back of the hotel. The build is gorgeous, if you like old buildings and there are generous communal areas to sit & chat or read. The staff were terrific. The cafe was great (try the granola). Location is excellent for old Phuket town.

Only wish that the hotel had a pool, which would have made everything perfect.

The hotel was perfectly situated and had so much character. There was many communal areas outside the rooms for guests to spend their time.

The rooms aren't very secure and the public are easily able to access the guest areas and the 'locks' on the room doors are no better than toilet door locks.

A genuine boutique hotel, full of charm & style. The building itself exudes history & style from a bygone era. Beautifully appointed rooms, very helpful & professional staff. Fantastic place, can highly recommend.

It would be nice if the cafe and bar stayed open a bit later, and sold a wider range of food and drink. But this isn't really an issue, as there are so many cafes, restaurants, and bars nearby.

This is a lovely, characterful, historical hotel in a beautifully restored building. It's also perfectly located in the centre of Phuket Old Town, making visits and getting around straightforward. The best thing, though, by far is the friendliness and helpfulness of the hotel staff. Alan, Tao, and Janie all made my stay a memorable one. The rest of the staff, too, were alway helpful and kind. I'll definitely be coming back!

Beautiful hotel, retaining its 1920s style but clean, renovated rooms, tastefully decorated. Staff were so helpful and kind, helping us find a taxi to the hidden forest elephant sanctuary, soon after arriving.

There is nothing one could point out. Every single thing was excellent, upto the mark and beyond expectation.

Being the oldest hotel in the city it is at great location with very humble, polite, helpful and supportive staff. Well maintained beautiful hotel right in the heart of Phuket old town.
