We had a room at the front by the street and it was a bit loud with music from the street market and bars in the early part of the night - it quieted down after about 11pm

It was very hot in the reception/common areas as everything was open plan outside. Aircon worked very well in the room though!

Nice stay in a very well located area - only a minutes walk to lots of cafes/restaurants and main shopping street. Staff were very nice and accommodating and provided recommendations for the area.

That we couldn’t spend another day.

This 97yr old heritage property truly lived up to its name. It had a lovely vintage vibe about it and the Old Town location was just perfect. All the roads around the hotel had these lovely cafes, restaurants and boutique shops that made walking around a pleasure. The rooms are nice, good size too. Also, the staff at the hotel are very helpful, courteous and professional. And to top it off, the Sunday market is a must see must visit!

As gorgeous as the historic building is, it has very thin walls. I could hear my neighbor snoring all night, as well as water dropping from a what I assume was a drainage pipe outside the back wall of my room (it was only a problem after rainfall), and it was LOUD. Almost sounded like someone knocking on the wall. Thankfully it stopped around 10:30pm, otherwise sleep would have been difficult. Unfortunately I think these kinds of things are just the trade off of having a preserved historic building like this.

Beautiful architecture, interior design, and atmosphere. Spacious rooms with relaxing ambience, comfortable beds & pillows, and rainfall shower. Cafe attached to the hotel sells simple but lovely breakfast sets and coffee. Perfect location in Phuket Old Town!

It was a shame that they don't offer breakfast, but the location meant that we were near loads of great coffee shops and restaurants. The building also does not have a elevator, but the staff were very helpful in helping to carry our luggage upstairs.

We had a great stay at The Memory at On On Hotel. The staff were super friendly and helpful and the room was really spacious and tastefully decorated. The bed was super comfortable and the aircon made it really pleasant. The bathroom was well kitted out with toiletries and the shower was really good and spacious. We didn't use the restaurant or bar facilities as we only stayed for one night, but I would certainly stay longer next time. The whole hotel is decorated in a really lovely style that pays tribute to its history while providing all the modern amenities and comforts. The location in the old town is fantastic and within walking distance of many temples, shops, restaurants and bars.

Location in the center of Phuket Old Town lets you immerse in nearby nightlife and return to hotel on foot. Also, close to the sea port, which makes it a good transfer place before taking a ferry to any islands. Clean room, helpful staff. The lights in the lobby add magic to the vibe of this place. Also, we liked being welcomed with free snacks.

The plumbing has room for improvement. Due to the Hotels age the floor does creak a little. In our room an area close to the door was occasionally making noises during the night. I was unable to reproduce the noise by transferring my weight on the boards so put it down to a previous occupant. As they didn't bother us beyond that it wasn't a problem for us.

The building is very old and has significant character. The room we had was very large with wooden floor boards. Other communal rooms are available for complimentary tea and biscuits which was a bonus during periods of heavy rain. All the staff were excellent. The location is perfect to explore Phuket Town and the Sunday night market is very close. There is a TOPS Daily store across the road which was great for snacks etc. We would definitely stay here again.

An elevator would be appreciated for senior travelers like us with heavy luggage. Although our rooms were just one level above us, lugging heavy suitcases, no matter the size, may not be helpful to bad backs. Having mentioned this, the staff obliged us by carrying our bags up the stairs with willing smiles.

The hotel's central location places it near numerous attractions. Upon our arrival on a Sunday, we were pleasantly surprised to find a section of the Sunday night market right at the hotel's doorstep. The hotel's exudes cleanliness and boasts tasteful decorations, creating a warm and homely ambiance. Complimentary refreshments were greatly appreciated. The staff displayed exceptional hospitality, offering valuable insights into the local eateries around the hotel.

The walls are a bit thin, but doesn't detract from the stay.

I loved this hotel, right in the centre of Phuket old town. The decor is beautiful, like a film set and the rooms are stunning. My room was small but so comfortable, I could have stayed in it all day! The lounge with free refreshments is wonderful. Sitting overlooking the centre courtyard, drinking rose water and eating delicious sweet things - perfect
