Dreamily perfect! The location and value can't be beat. It was clean, the staff were fabulous, rooms/beds were comfortable, shower was amazing, and there were snacks in the lobby for guests. The Sunday market is right outside the door, and the charm was incredible.

I genuinely sat here trying to think of something that could be improved, but it wasn’t easy, everything about this place was just that good. If I had to point out one small thing, it would be that a few more spots to hang towels would be helpful. That’s it, it was an incredible stay and I’d come back in a heartbeat.

I had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect, close to everything but still peaceful. The decoration throughout the place was unique and charming, with lots of thoughtful touches. What truly stood out, though, was the staff. Annie, Jenny, and Alan were so friendly and attentive, they really made the experience feel personal. I’d definitely come back!

For a short stay, not much can go wrong here. Great place for stay in Old Town.

Location, right in the heart of Old Phuket Town and all of the must try bars / restaurants are just a short walk. Great experience, walking the street. Very friendly and locally aware staff - Tiw and Alan very extremely knowledgable and helpful in aspects like renting a car, suggesting must try bars and restaurants.

I love staying here - the ambiance is nostalgic without being twee. The beds are snuggly and comfortable, and the pillows are the best I've had since I left home :-) I also love the proximity to the Sunday walking street (now streets!). A special shout out to staff members, Nathan and Jenny, who were unfailingly pleasant and helpful. I'll definitely be back!

They are currently at the end of their renovation and our room smelled very strongly (paint). If you are sensitive/allergic better wait for a few weeks or request a room that hasn’t been painted recently .

While the hallways and café didn’t have A/C, the lobby area had snacks and drinks available for guests which was a nice touch. The hotel also has 24-hour front desk staff, and the night worker in particular was incredibly kind and helpful — he really made our stay extra pleasant.

We had a fantastic stay at The Memory at On On Hotel in Phuket Town. While the room was on the smaller side, it was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and perfectly comfortable. The air conditioning worked extremely well — a true lifesaver in the Thai heat! The shower was especially nice with both a rainfall and handheld option, and the towels provided were large, soft, and cozy. Housekeeping was consistent and thoughtful, tidying the room daily and offering the option to reuse towels as part of their eco-friendly approach. We really appreciated that! They also provide beach towels with a refundable 200 baht deposit — super convenient for day trips to the coast. One of the unexpected highlights was the laundry service — just 80 baht per kilo and everything came back smelling amazing. It was fast, easy, and really helped us travel light. We didn’t get a chance to try Café Mem, so I can’t comment on the food, but the surrounding area is bursting with options and the location is super walkable. It’s lively at night with nearby karaoke bars and events, so you might hear some noise from the street, but we weren’t bothered by it at all — it added to the vibrant feel of the town. If you’re visiting Phuket and want to explore the cultural side, this is a wonderful place to stay. It’s perfect for walking around Old Town, and if you want to hit the beach or go on water adventures, it’s an easy day trip. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay again!

Even though there were windows in the room, they opened out onto the courtyard (we were on the ground floor) and semi-covered by potted plants so it doesn't get much light. The way into the room was past a fountain and some potted plants so it can get pretty wet (if it rains hard you'll need an umbrella to get to the front desk).

The location was in an ideal part of the Old Town – walking distance to all the museums, tasty restaurants, and cocktail bars. Despite being close to the main road and walking street, it was really quiet. The Sunday Market is right in front of the hotel. The staff are all very friendly and extra helpful.

There are a couple spots you need to step over room separation, a small thing that could be inconvenient for older, less spry folk.

The attendant told us that this is the oldest still running hotel on Phuket. It has old world charm, conveniently located if you like walking old town and comfortable. There is no lift but it’s only a two story building. The staff were pleasant and helpful. A bit of renovation happening during our time there but it did not bother us as we were out exploring the neighborhood during the day into the evening.

I am so glad I decided to spend a bit extra and stay here, vintage charm is off the charts! It's so nice to just walk around within the hotel. The facilities and the room were exceptionally clean and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Location is perfect if you plan to stay in Phuket Town. I'll be coming back here for sure. p.s. the complimentary rose tea in the morning is a great touch!
