Some of the negative reviews seem unfair when you consider the context. This is a two-star hotel in the jungle.

We really don’t understand the negative reviews about insects, the pool, or the staff. We had an amazing stay. Supranee is a fantastic host. She may come across as a bit direct, but she’s genuine and caring. She gave us great tour recommendations, prepared breakfast with so much care every morning, and was always busy making sure everything was right. The garden and the pool are well-maintained with a lot of effort. It’s not easy to keep everything in such good shape in the jungle, but it all looked great. When we left, Supranee even gave us some mangosteens from her own garden. We were also allowed to check in early. Everything felt really warm. If you can’t handle insects, the jungle might simply not be the right place for you. For us, it was all part of the experience. We recommend Tree Tops River Huts and the lovely people who work there!

Location next door to national park , stayed here several times. Huts overlook river with a porch or balcony and great views. Staff always very friendly and helpful.

Room allocated was not as described, expected a living room with sofa bed but only one room with one bed We were moved to a room with two beds but still not as booked.

A great place right next to the national parc, very friendly staff, nice breakfast, great rooms and nice pool. We really loved the stay and the kids as well. We had a family room near the pool with a nice terrace to play games and relax. Staff is very friendly and helpful with advice. We made a guided walk and the guide showed us all animals and explained lots about the jungle.

The room was not sound proof at all, you could hear next door like they were in your room! The breakfast, although included, was very limited, and too westernised.

Nice location at the top of the town, quiet and close to the National Park entrance. The room was a nice size and the pool was great for the kids. Monkeys at breakfast were fun too!

The staff really kind and helpful especially the 2 women at front and the guide really nice guy. Waterfront bungalow was amazing. Location right next entrance. The breakfast was ok but Thai food for lunch and dinner 10 out of 10 plus shakes good and only 50 baht

Staying here was like an experience in itself... We really enjoyed the wooden hut with the nature, monkeys visits, insects and birds in the garden, the small river, the pool has a pretty view. The staff was so nice and gave exceptional service, the tours booked in reception to lake and forest exploration were great, and very relaxed allowing to enjoy and take it in.

The proximity to the national park. The second night it rained and water came dripping down through the roof right next to our bed. The swimming pool didn’t look clean.

Decent size room with everything we needed. Pool was great, staff were all super fantastic and very helpful. Monkeys trooping through causing mischief was a great highlight!

This was a fantastic, relaxing stay. So much so I added an extra night. Staff were incredible and could not do enough for me. It’s an amazing location for hiking into the part and your onward journey to the lake. I will be staying here again in my next visit.

Our bathroom needed updating, but they seem to be already in that process. Our children's room had a more modern bathroom. Breakfast was good but cold due to no heating in the bain Maries.

Loved the atmosphere, the gardens, and the staff. Way Way at the front desk was exceptionally lovely and attentive. Right at the entry to the national park and easy to arrange tours and transfers at a reasonable fee price. Also a short stroll to restaurants, bars and minimarts. The pool was lovely and room aircon was excellent.

Great location for treks in the national park! Nice pool to cool down in. Breakfast buffet was basic but sufficient. Easy to organise trips and transfers with the staff.
