The hotel's location is confusing, as there is also another hotel with the same name, where I initially went. This hotel didn't show up on Google Maps, only the other one did. English labels for the different types of baths would be helpful.

The thermal baths were a dream with about 15-20 different types of hot spring baths, a sauna and two steam rooms. The room was very fancy, with a real hot spring bath.

The outdoor children playground area was the only unsheltered area, making the amenity less usable when it’s drizzling or windy.

The breakfast spread was lovely, fresh and varied. Fun for children to pick their own. Loads of activities within the hotel, great food options and multiple convenience stores within walking distance. Very spacious room. Three minutes walking distance from railway station.

The ability to check in and go straight to the spa - was not very well organised.

Breakfast was insanely extensive; never seen anything like it. Great! And the children's area was the highlight of the whole trip for my son. The pools were delightful.

The price was on the high when we were there in January. There was no free drinking water for the hot spring guests.

The location was very convenient, right outside the train station and walking distance to many food options. The hot spring was fun for families.

The entire hot spring area is rather small and gets crowded easily, especially as the hotel allows for day guests who do not stay in the hotel. The kids play area could also be larger. The price is rather expensive for Taiwan.

Hot spring facilities were wonderful, too bad we didn’t have enough time to enjoy it longer. Breakfast spread was good too and the bed rooms were very clean and comfortable. Especially liked the indoor children playground.

Facilities feel new and comfortable. Great location just around the corner from the train station. It was nice to be able to shower in our rooms and to be unencumbered when headed down to the spa. Breakfast is really a highlight, quite a spread with local foods and western options, including three types of beer, gelato and ice cream. I’m guessing this place is packed during the summers during March it wasn’t crowded especially in the morning.

Skip the breakfast. The spread is very wide, but taste wise, very mediocre.

Everything. Especially the prompt and proactive service. Nothing is too difficult it seems. I gave a passing comment about smell in the toilet, and the room service staff ensured everything was taken care of. The facility is renovated, and everything is well thought through. Especially the hotel parking system (esp when compared to Art Spa where to moved from). So much fun activities to do in the hotel too. My son could not be happier with kids club, and my wife and I could not happier with the hotel spa facility.

Amazing place. Grateful that staff also recommended a wonderful restaurant for us to try nearby and helped us book taxis. There were cute kids toothbrushes in the rooms too!
