Extremely close to the MTR, with supermarket (全聯) and Starbucks nearby. Very convenient. The room is probably the most spacious among the ones I've stayed in Taiwan. Well-lit and beautifully decorated. I especially like the eco-friendly initiatives of the hotel.

We liked everything. It might be nice to have a regular check-out time of noon, like most hotels in Taiwan. With the big sink, some dish soap would be appreciated. It might be nice to have body lotion or conditioner in the washroom, but it's not essential.

The room was clean, large, and comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay excellent and let us borrow cutlery and bowls when our restaurant (Food Panda) order came in bags. They also communicated everything very clearly upon our check-in, and we're friendly and helpful. The bed was super-comfortable. The soundproofing was good, and it was great to have a large sink and counter area. Coffee and snacks during "happy hour" were a nice treat, and the 16th floor seating area had a nice view of the city, with comfy chairs. There were no wasteful little soaps or shampoo bottles, and the amenities were top quality, and in lovely glass bottles. There were two large water receptacles (a pitcher and a kettle) with fresh filtered water available on every floor, so no icky plastic bottles or rationing to worry about. It was wonderful to have a seating area with a sofa, table and chair in the room. There were charging areas for devices everywhere, and lots of shops and restaurants (and the subway/KMRT) within easy walking distance, with a direct line to Weiwuying!

Location of hotel is amazing right beside metro station. We literally parked our car for 2 days and took public transport. Rooms are huge and spacious for 4 of us, exceptionally clean room. Thumbs up to housekeeping. Minibar is provided for free and replenished daily, a delightful surprise and touch from Fullon. Staff is friendly towards children too. Highly recommending Fullon and we will choose this chain for our next visits for sure.

The biggest problem good me was that the rooms do not have space for putting clothes away. There were no drawers and the closet had only 5-6 hangers, which is not nearly enough for two proper for a week. I would need about 20-30 hangers to unpack if there are no drawers. The room is huge, so there is definitely enough space to put a real dresser. It would also be nice to have coffee machines outside the breakfast area because the breakfast area closes for cleaning for several hours every day, so sometimes I had to wait until 1pm to get coffee and juice. Breakfast dishes were not labeled with ingredients or allergies, which made it difficult for me to eat. The rooms have shampoo but no conditioner, which was inconvenient for me. Shampoo is even sold at the front desk, so it would be easy to sell conditioner also. I asked to check out an hour late and they wanted to charge me 500 NT for just one hour after I stayed for an entire week. This feels petty and silly. Last thing is the lobby did not smell good to me.

Rooms are very big, modern, and comfortable. Staff is very nice and helpful.

Could have been better if they have local area map to help guests. Ladies at reception helpful so far as hotel facilities but little do they know or bother to assist with local area knowledge.

The price for breakfast in relation to the choice of options is disproportionate. On the other hand, the breakfast box that was prepared due to my early check-out was delicious.

Central based hotel to explore the city centre close to the MRT, just around the corner. Close to the night market, just 5min away. Shops, gym, restaurants closeby. Big comfy room, king bed and great shower. Top floor, nice to relax after exploring the city with coffee, juice and snacks. Very friendly staff.

It's a pity there is no spa area, at least onsen/sauna within changing rooms would lift this hotel to a higher standard imo. Only a gym which had basic equipment but on the plus it is all modern and has nice city views. The gym needed better cooling. Only 2 lifts serving the entire hotel, no big deal but still. The hotel generally lacks charm and atmosphere but other things make up for this..... Although I rate the hotel relatively well, and I would go back (modern, clean, friendly) I had an issue with the pricing. Not sure if this is b. com problem or their own, but I initially paid 300% of the standard rate* for my first night (yes there was an event that night however I know for a fact they had spare rooms and imo it's not reasonable to charge such a premium). Upon raising this they did make a partial refund, meaning that I ended up paying 200% of the standard rate* rather than 300% for that night in question, making the bill less bitter... note: *by standard rate, I compare the rate using b. com for the same room type on same day of week and other days, ranging from within same week out to some months later....

Breakfast was well presented, not a lot of choice but what they had was good. They made me nice eggs upon request and the staff were very friendly including the kitchen staff. The bedroom was huge with sofa and table, and very clean. The hotel is modern and clean and functional.

The couch was not so comfortable. Unfortunately the use of "wipeable" fabrics let it down. On the flip side, at least you know it is clean. Would be nice to have some level of cooking facilities.
