    Nothing, we loved everything.

The accommodation is obviously amazing. Despite being surrounded by others we felt a sense of peace and remoteness. Great staff, a superb night and a wonderful experience.

Pool was unheated so too cold to stay in (not the 80 degrees we were told it was), and the van overnight was freezing, i have several blankets on. There is heating but it is so incredibly loud that you can’t have it on if you hope to sleep. We special requested a birthday cake which we were willing to pay to have available but no effort was make to meet this request even though they messaged to say they’d be happy to when we initially requested it. Van was next to a main road, so there was traffic noise until late.

I had really high hopes this place looked awesome. I liked the alternate accommodation, the clubhouse is gorgeous and the vans are well equipped and meticulously clean. Outdoor fire pits are great and plenty of social areas.

I wouldn’t go there in the winter or summer. Air conditioning is super loud, much louder than old airplane. We literally couldn’t sleep. And without it in two hours room inside was barely 50 Fahrenheit. I was happy that we booked only one night. Also, our room was not ready till 5.50pm which was quite disappointing even though staff at front desk did their best to fix the impression (they allowed us take whatever we want from mini store for free).

It is unique glamping in the area. Location is very picturesque, comfy bed inside and all kitchen facilities provided

Major miiscommunication with Booking.com. We asked to change our reservation because there is a choice between staying in an Airstream trailer and a cabin. I didn't realize initially that we were booked in a cabin until I got the confirmation of the reservation, so I called Booking.com and told the agent we would rather change the dates of our stay if necessary in order to reserve 2 Airstream trailers instead of 2 cabins. I explained this several times to the agent. She called the property and asked to change the date of the reservation but didn't change the accommodation. We were very disappointed because staying in an Airstream was the whole point of the reservation and I wouldn't have changed it just to end up in the same cabin accommodations. Maybe your agents are not sufficiently fluent in English, and that is a problem.

The location is on the side of a highway. Not at all scenic or remote. The website pics are shot from an angle that leads you to believe this is a more remote site. Our view was a rundown block of houses and we could heard highway noise.

Fun stay. We enjoyed the pool and cooking dinner on an open fire.

Where do i start..... The staff here were the worst i have EVER seen. Our stay in-fact the entire trip was ruined by the incompetent staff that Autocamp have employed. The woman on reception called SAM was an absolute nightmare and i cant express my disappointment enough. Upon arrival we had to wait over an hour to get checked in. After we explained that we would like to pay the full price on a seperate card they charged the wrong card not once but three times. I explained that they have taken the payment three times from the wrong card and they took the charge again TWICE. This meant that we had to wait for over a week to be refunded over $1000. Because the staff were so incpompotnet they did not know how to charge a different card they persisted to keep on charging the wrong card. They then called their IT/HR department which took another hour .... in the meantime we are waiting to check in desperately and they would not let us check in untill we had paid, even though they wrongly charged our credit cards thousands of dollars. Upon check of what was a good stay and after coming to terms with the disappointing service we said farewell to the hotel staff and SAM again completely ignored not once but twice, i could believe the attitude of the staff here they are the worst ever and should reconsider their careers. Until today which is two weeks later, we have not received our refund and have contacted them countless times and not heard a thing. Please avoid this place if you dont want your money to be stolen, awful experience. Google review coming soon...

Very unique experience and our favourite overall after staying in various hotels. The facilities were all new, modern and up to date .The hotel and camper was well equpped and the shower was HUGE suprisingly. They even had a country singer performing until the evening which was a great touch whilst unwinding at the campfire. The pool was open very late which was a bonus. Location was within a few minutes to the entrance of joshua tree national park by car.

Although the airstream is described as having a kitchenette , it’s basically a tiny fridge, microwave and sink . We were anticipating being able to do some basic cooking, but it wasn’t possible. No laundry facilities on site, and the tv didn’t work. It sounds like a list of complaints - we did enjoy our stay but expected a little more. Finally it’s a late check in at 4 , and an early check out at 10.

The airstream was really comfortable, and very stylish. The setting is peaceful , with great views of the desert. Pool area and clubhouse is relaxing, and it was nice to have pools towels provided. We did feel relaxed and the staff were lovely.

We visited overnight in January 2023. Airstream trailer was cold with marginal insulation, heating system was not functioning and required adjustment by the staff. The shower had pitiful water pressure, so we opted not to use it. I wanted to try the experience, but given the above issues plus the $25 add-on resort fee, the experience was pricey and not in my opinion not a good value. I probably would not do it again.

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Access to Joshua Tree NP is excellent.

Shame no TV as with other Autocamps. Whereas Yosemite really feels very tranquil and secluded (the space/ concept there is extremely well organised and executed), in Joshua Tree it really falls flat and does unfortunately feel more like a parking lot with a bunch of nice trailers dropped in it. The common space is also far less conducive to chill, not sure what it is but just not as nicely executed. Staff were extremely friendly though. Extremely expensive for the area as well, don't think it provides much value for money.
