United StatesIf you want to use the kitchen, which is very nicely equipped with a glass top stove, microwave, large refrigerator, and coffee setup, you'll need to bring your own pots/pans, utensils, dishes, glasses, spices, & cooking condiments. While I understand why the owners don't stock these items (theft, messy tenants, etc) it renders the kitchen pretty much useless unless you come prepared as indicated.
A really nice, clean, large room with a full kitchen. It was quiet and comfortable. The owners/managers were very nice people.

United StatesThere was not a functional drain in our bathtub. There was a drain but no way to stop the water from going down the drain. We had to put a washrag over the hole.
The breakfast was solid. There was some confusion as my wife had only booked one night nd we meant to book two. However, the morning after we slept the first night the gentleman at the desk was very helpful insuring we had the room for the first night for the second night and the second room was placed right next to our first room. Made it very easy...He saw I was from Arkansas and he used to live there and he missed the state and we discussed the state as well.

United StatesThe staff person, maybe the owner, charged $100 upfront on our credit card when we checked in, just in case we damaged something. This is a two floor motel with no elevator. We were coming back from a Tropic Rock concert in Gulf Shores, non-smokers, late at night, retired military, elderly. The king bed was not comfortable. Linens were good. The floor was covered with dirt throughout. It was so dirty, my feet became black after getting out of the shower. I had to shower again, rinse off the dirt and put shoes back on to get back into bed. There were two dispensers, the shampoo dispenser was empty and broken. This room is a remodel with nice high-end finishes, plus other things I can't describe. There are lots of really odd, weird things going on with it. There is a microwave in the room that functions, and a second that doesn't.
This is a motel with no elevator. I was glad that we were on the first floor. Breakfast was very odd at this motel . The staff put out very little food for breakfast. The juice dispenser was out of order. The coffee machine generated a disgusting type liquid. The fruit was very old. Every thing I touched on this breakfast bar was sticky, as if syrup was poured allover. There were only two paper cups in our room/ studio remodel, 3 K-cups, small soap, empty shampoo dispenser. The location of this motel is difficult to find in the dark, even with GPS. There is also construction and other obstacles in the road you must navigate to get there.
