How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Was assured upon booking and several confirmation phone calls of Shuttle service to Disney Cruise Port, which is why we booked this hotel, and then information kept changing upon arrival that it could or couldn't be done. Finally were told we needed to fill out form to order Shuttle service at last minute, and that information was never relayed over many conversations with staff who told us nothing further needed to be done.

. Front desk attendant (Glen) was just wonderful in setting up and adjusting our accommodation very professional and caring. Very knowledgeable of his job. Very helpful in assisting us with transportation to the hotel from Royal caribbean dock to his hotel and back to airport. This employee gentleman really does enjoy his work. Great encounter...

We had trouble getting our room cleaned.
Staff was great but our room only got cleaned once and that was when I called the front.

The only thing that was less than great was the shower head. The shower was like a heavy mist and felt cheap.
The room was up to date and clean. The location to the beach was very convenient, the Surf shop in the lobby was really cool and the location to restaurants and other activities was perfect for us.

Everything was horrible. The rooms are a disaster and in poor shape. The water in the shower is slimy. The toilets don’t have enough pressure to flush and they stop up. The walls on our room were all beat up and scuffed. Our towels were stained. Mattress hard as a brick. Room was dark no matter how many lights you turned on. Our view was a stupid indoor surf shop that was referred to as an atrium. That’s not an atrium at all. For this price point the hotel should have been in immaculate shape and had no issues or at least a bare minimum. This hotel had nothing good or positive about it. It’s in horrible condition. Instead of 200 a night it should be more like 19.99 a night. I’ve seen roach coaches in the worst parts of various towns that were in better shape and only charge 50 a night. Don’t even get me started on that so called swimming pool. It’s laughable at best. I should’ve paid the extra 50 and stayed at Hampton Inn down the street as usual when I’m in Cocoa Beach. Now that Hampton in amazing and spotless. Very comfy and worth every penny.

Lobby restrooms under construction Only one elevator worked Doors to rooms on our floor slammed loudly No maid service after first night’s stay. I don’t expect the sheets to be changed, but for the price we were charged for this room, the beds should have been made, the bathroom cleaned and fresh towels provided The bathtub/shower did not drain properly, so you stood in water while showering.

The windows were facing a supermarket inside the building, basically there were no windows at all, we had to close the shutters not to see the shop. Was extremely weird. No common sense of the value, 350$ per night!
Was calm and quite, despite the widows to the shops. The restaurant downstairs the hotel was good.

Beware: Aircon fan is quite loud especially at the moments turning on and off so have it off when you sleep. And the beds were a little too soft but otherwise great hotel.
Used this hotel as a base to see the Kennedy Space Centre. Was just great. Room was large and spacious. Was grateful to have a fridge and microwave to prepare some healthy dinner. Lovely partial view of the Atlantic 🥰.
