The restaurant attached to the hotel was high priced so we did not eat there.

We came for a concert and literally had to walk across the yard to get to and from the concert. It was amazing!!!

Tub filled with water during shower; drain was open. Refrigerator did not work despite adjusting cooling dial.

It was next door to the venue for the purpose of our trip. Anna made us a goodie bag to celebrate my husband’s upcoming birthday.

If I have to give one negative part, the water pressure was not as strong as I like, but it wasn’t terrible.

Very clean and inviting. was all decorated for Christmas so it felt homey.

Lexi serving breakfast was fantastic!The front desk staff were terrific. They helped me print a letter and comforted me when I found out my best friend had passed away. They were so kind and hugged me!

The best nights sleep I've ever gotten in a hotel. The bed was so comfy. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was fantastic.

I brought cash to pay for our trip, unfortunately no one except cash anymore. Had to use my checking account because they no longer except cash payment. Was willing to lea e credit card on file but pay cash and they wouldn't let me.

when we went to our room and went in, there was already people in it. They were pissed at us. Not my fault, my room key worked. Went to desk and they fixed the problem. I thought it was funny but the other people didn't.

I made a mistake and didn’t have room booked for 2 days and really needed the Saturday for a concert next door to hotel, was getting ready to leave sat morn and a wonderful staff named Adriane overheard that I said I was bummed hotel was sold out and she heard that I traveled over 2 hrs and said let me fix this and even though property said it was full she made it ok to even stay in same room amazing staff there and Bill at front desk couldn’t be friendlier

They didn't clean my room as asked after the third night, had to request a few things to cover the fourth night. Not a lot I could eat at the breakfast bar, I don't usually find a lot at any hotel (Gluten sensitive).

This was my first time at this hotel. It was clean and welcoming. The room was nice and had a jetted tub, ahhhh. I didn't notice any noise, although I am used to trains nearby, so they didn't bother me.

We stayed in room 219. Everything was OK except for one major safety item. ZERO slip/fall protection in the tub/shower. I had to hold the shower curtain bar the entire time I showered because the tub floor was so slippery. PLEASE install some kind of non slip surface! Thanks :-)
