We asked for a non-smoking room and the room we were given at first had a very bad smell. Smoke and some other bad smell. Also the TV was not working in first room we were given. The frig in the room was very noisy.

The staff at the desk was very friendly and helpful. She changed our room when I mentioned it had a very bad smell.

Low cost,but the location and the type people stay there make me feel not safe place to stay

We did not stay there.we pulled in the garage and just saw some people smoking outside the facility and it looks like some shelter.I explained the in front of staff we would like to cancel the book.she was really kind and reached out her boss and allowed me to cancel the book.I booked through booking and I tried contacting customer service,no help,they kicked the ball the the hotel.

I felt the price was extremely high , after I had to extend 1 more day , somehow half as much . I also used a boking app that was a mistake after I was late getting in to the room almost midnight first night. I would have just stayed in the car a couple hours checked in the next day and not be charged 200 dollars for a few hours stay ,doesn't really seem fair ,tried taking my case to the booking app and the hotel staff , was shut down with no assistance with my situation. I was here at an emergency out of state and was not given even a little break .I really didn't have the extra time to shop around ,this hotel name was referred to me from family . I felt a little off because of the lack of courtesy or consideration with this experience .

That because of the Renaissance Fair the price gouging was off the charts and extremely unfair. Not everyone is there because of that.

there is only coffee. No food at all, except vending machines with an excellent variety of choices with very fair pricing.

The hotel was filthy and unsafe. Within minutes of checking in, I was terrified by my surroundings. When I told the attendant that I did not feel safe staying there, she refused to give me a refund.

When you turn on the AC it made a very loud sound as well when you turn on the restroom lights you will get a extremely loud sound from the fan which is connected to the light.

The rate for the room was a bit excessive for the value of the room. Mattress and pillows definitely need to be replaced.

Recent upgrades, new lobby equipment. Room felt secure and clean. Location was perfect, right off the freeway.

Clean towels room cleaned the motel is run down and dirty. Dogs barking all night with every sound. We did not expect dogs would be there. Staff was not friendly asked for clean towels because the ones in the room when we first got there were hung up dirty. The lady made it seem like I was asking for a lot when I told her the towels were dirty. There was no sorry let us correct that just additude If there was something else that had rooms we would have switched motels. This was our first time visiting so we didn't know. We will never stay at this dump again.

Bugs in the bathroom. General disrepair for the whole room. Sink didn’t drain. Towels were very thin. Price high for what we experienced. Very disappointed. We won’t go back.

We immediately found a live roach in the bathroom. We could hear the people in the next room. Fortunately, we had brought a white noise machine to drown out the sound. The washcloths, though laundered, had black stains on them. The foyer floor leading to the carpeted hallway was dirty.

No breakfast offered. The motel was conveniently located to the people we were visiting. Beds were VERY comfortable.
