Bed had a huge dip where it had been thoroughly used. No toilet paper, coffee, pool out of order.

First pulled up trashcans were overfilled.Was not able to clock in before 3pm, arrives at 3pm room wasn't done being cleaned had to get my own towels and trash bags for the room, smelled really bad, bath tub plugged up, air conditioning didn't work well.

I liked that we had a good location for our stay slightly out of town.

It looks like the mattress in room 212 needs to be exchanged. There was a lot of spring noise and a lot of noise from the pedestal

Carpet at bedroom door was unfinnished We kept tripping over the edge of carpet. No house keeping. Hallway on stairs not vaccumed looked bad. We stayed saturday through Wednesday. Had to go to front desk to get fresh towles. Had same sheets on bed whole time of our stay. Maitnence came in our room and we were not notified. When we arrived microwave was unplugged and on the floor. So we moved it to on top of desk. After two days we came to our microwave not on top of desk after checling with front desk thats when we relized maintenance had been in room and put microwave back in cabinet.

Was close to event venue. Close to food and gas. Had a pool. Was quiet and pleasent. Front desk attent was very understanding and apologize for the state of the hotel. We understand the hotel was very short staffed.

Lobby and out side of office door was disgusting with cigarette butts everywhere.

Some rooms apparently had renovations done, some in progress. Our room had neither. Bed was saggy, box springs dirty, the blanket and bedspread loojed like thrift store purchases, the chair in room stained and dirty, no washcloths, no plug in for the coffee pot. I had to set it on the floor to plug it in. The bathtub had black stains. Not inviting for bath or shower. 3 little travel shampoos ... That was all. We stayed at Super 8 in Evanston and were very pleased, so when we chose Super 8 in Pendleton, we expected the same quality. Wrong!!

Though the initial room we were given was a non-smoking room (and I needed to sign that I would not smoke in it), it smelled very strongly of stale tobacco smoke when we walked in. We immediately contacted the desk and they gave us another similar but larger room that did not have that problem. It was amazing the cleaning staff did not mention or address that fact.

Breakfast was self service and good though a little difficult to figure out where everything was.

I think once the remodel is done it will be nice. Hopefully prices won't jump go much.

Did eat there they were working right below us. It's going to nice when done.was remodeling. We go to see our son in prison so will be going monthly for a few days. It's nice for the price.carpet was old.

The bathroom had trash and hair on the floor. No one at the front desk because they were outside having a smoke, no one covering. The sheets didn't fit the bed, kept coming off.

Quiet night, no traffic noise. They are in the process of upgrading.

The first room we got was dirty and had chips under the night stand, animal hair throughout the room, so the staff accommodated us and put us in a mini suite, but we got in that room and the mini fridge was gone , but it was just a lil evening stay, so we had a nice relaxing comfortable sleep though other than that, the staff had said they were having a hard time keeping house keeping staff..

The breakfast was decent could do a little more and the staff was very understanding and accommodating

There were obvious stains on the comforter. We found bugs everywhere, including earwigs. The room smelt, the floor in the bathroom covered in hair. The bed was broken.

It was only two stories.

No waste can in room...very inconvenient. Toilet didn't flush well. Bath sink was clogged, only one bath towel. Thought we were upgrading from Motel 6, but it was actually worse.
