Food options are very limited and expensive but the restaurant look good

The shower had an open end, rather than a full closing shower door. I have stayed in other properties with a similar open end concept but for whatever reason this shower allowed the water to run onto the bathroom floor more than it should. Honestly more of an annoyance than a major issue. Probably deserved a half point deduction to my overall rating. Since 9.5 wasn’t an option I decided not to take any deduction! Plus the staff more than made up the half a point!

The property is just over a year old and an overall a great hotel. Staff was exceptional! Plus the hotel was very well staffed. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. Rooms were very quiet. Location is excellent.

I came here for my birthday weekend and it is a beautiful hotel in a great location. The staff were very friendly and helpful the entire time. The room was clean and well decorated. My only cons were the noise (thin ceiling/floor). Everytime someone walked around upstairs it sounded like they were were going to crash through the ceiling! Very unfortunate. Also, my door wouldn't lock and my room faced directly to the door of the stairs. That was a bit uncomfortable. Lastly, the pool is small. I had hoped that it was a little bit bigger to enjoy, but you really couldn't swim in it, it's more like a sit and lounge pool. Would I come back? Yes, but I would definitely request a room higher up!

It was nice and clean, the pool was at a great temperature. Loved the lights inside the pool at night and the fireplace at night as well by the pool area. Robes and slippers in the room are cute.

The fire alarm in the room was blinking bright every 15 sec. It was directly over the bed. It was annoying. I don’t sleep well as it is. so ofc I noticed it.

There was no hot tub or jacuzzi

The front desk staff had an issue getting on the computer to check us in. No problem, but communication and eye contact could use some work so we weren’t just standing there tired, not knowing why we couldn’t be checked in.

The hotel was beautiful and comfortable. The concierge suite was an awesome bonus to the room. The pool and outdoor areas were really nice. We ate at the bar at The Olivet. The food was delicious.

A bit isolated, but probably why people come here.

An exceptional Hotel in The Poconos. The interior design was amazing. Very clean & Comfortable. We ate in their restaurant, experienced top class food with excellent service.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful! The staff is friendly, efficient and eager to accommodate! They have paid attention to every detail! We especially enjoyed swimming in the pristine, heated swimming pool outside when it was snowing! We most certainly will be back!!

Shampoo and conditioner were great! The feeders for the deer out my window were nice and relaxing. I didn’t feel well so this helped since I could not enjoy the beautiful patio.

So, I booked through booking.com and there was a miscommunication in which I was promised a room with a pull out couch. When we arrived the hotel was booked to capacity and therefore our couch was not granted and after trying to do everything to honor our request as promised. We were unable to get the room we wanted. However, I must say rge hotel staff did everything they could to make up for the mishap. Special thank you to Mr. Sylvester at the front desk along with Mr. Kenny. They were extremely gracious.
