For light sleepers, the number of (some flashing) lights of all the devices in the room may be surprising, also the noise and vibrations of the air conditioning of the room itself but also that of the neighbor room can be annoying. But I'm sure the owner will find a way to improve this.

The room includes exactly what you need to have your privacy, comfort, and autonomy in terms of equipments and facilities. The hosts are particularly kind and professional, they provided clear instructions ahead of time and were always quickly responsive. The restauration and visit suggestions are great.

I recently stayed for 11 nights in Tiny Efficiency home, and it was an absolute gem! Despite its compact size, the space was incredibly well-designed, offering everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully equipped, the bed was cozy, and the layout maximized every inch of space. One of the highlights was the swimming pool—perfect for a refreshing dip after a day of exploring. The owner, Maureen, was extremely welcoming and attentive, ensuring that everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. Their hospitality made the stay even more enjoyable. If you're looking for a peaceful, well-equipped tiny home with the bonus of a pool, a free parking space, I highly recommend this place!

There was not one thing I did not like. Which is quite odd. I was transferring from another rental and when I got to this place, I was so upset that I did not choose this first.

The property was clean, modern, and had everything I needed and more in the space. The host and co-host was like family . So helpful and accommodating. This place I would recommend to anyone!!

What an amazing space!!! A lovely neighborhood, a MOST WELCOMING and accommodating hostess and family, a perfectly outfitted efficiency unit, just right for two people, in a separated and secure space. Everything you need is there, available and close at hand, making a stay easy, amenable, totally enjoyable!!! The place is immaculate, clean as a whistle, everything is new, shiny, nothing is missing. Life at its best! Great parking, a pool, an outdoors BBQ and picnic table in a quiet, safe neighborhood! Anything you need is available - what a place, what a welcome, what a hostess, FABULOUS!!! Easy access by car to all directions of travel!!!

The lighting on non-wall side of bed could be improved ( I am nitpicking here ).

Breakfast is not included but kitchen area was very well equipped. Hosts provided coffee, creamers, cookies and crackers. The unit is as advertIsed as to size but more than makes up for in decor. The outdoor pool and patio furniture are a great spot to relax. Shopping for food is minutes away and the “Key Foods” grocery store is a very interesting store catering to the local community. Bicycles are available and the neighborhood is safe to cycle about. We would easily stay here again. Hosts are super friendly and are quick to respond to any request. Very secure unit with good parking in front.

The best spot in the area. Everything is fine and functions as expected,. The room is clean, there is a lot of amenities, the wifi is ok. I arrived at Fort Lauderdale airport and the airline had lost my luggages the first day so I was happy to find all necessary things in this room and even some food and drinks, I appreciated. The room is incredibily quiet at night (I guess in daytime too) The neighbourhood seems fine.

I would just suggest an additional stool especially when u have two persons. But its not an issue.

The place had all amenities and great thoughtful touches for a person travelling for a conference. Home away from home. Very Secure location with deadlocks and motion sensor lights when you get in at night. It was very close to my Conference.

I enjoyed this private secure unit. The unit was well equipped. The inside and outside of the unit was very nice. I enjoyed eating mangos from the mango tree. The property location was very convenient. I plan to return to this property for another stay.

Place was not easy to find and when we did find it was complicated to get in and try calling no answer so we gave up and had to go somewhere else very disappointed would not recommend 😕😕😕😕
