Excellent breakfast. Beautiful hotel. Best location in Old Quarter. What a pick! I couldn’t imagine staying anywhere else. This made the stay! You can walk to everything. Great vibes. Lots of fun action in the streets. Du our concierge set up everything for our excursions making everything fun and stress free! Best tea I have ever had. And I don’t care for tea. Drank theirs everyday!

Great location.. right beer street... near night market... local shopping, money exchange, etc. breakfast buffet is fresh, delicious with ample selection. There is also a menu for specialty items. Wait staff are friendly. Du from the front office is very helpful, he went above and beyond by booking our restaurant reservation, private transportation to Nihn Bihn, coordinating with our Cruise transportation, etc. he even told use where to get best rate for money exchange (proven and tested). The staff made sure of the safety of our valuables when we go out the hotel. Room is clean and bed is very comfortable

Location is on beer street..very convenient. Staff are very friendly.. specially Du.. he went above and beyond: told us where to get currency exchange with the best rate (tested and proven), reserved table at a restaurant, and booked our transportation. He made himself available, great response time... excellent service! Breakfast at the hotel is superb! Front desk personnel always reminded us of safety measures before we leave the hotel.

They gave us a room on the eighth floor saying it would be away from all the street noise and be quiet, which was true until the karaoke rooftop bar right across the hotel started blasting music in the evening. It was extremely loud and made it impossible to sleep until around 12:30 AM. So, if you arrive tired and/or have an early morning schedule, you can forget about going to bed a bit early and taking a good rest.

The hotel is in a central location at the heart of the old town. Staff is friendly and helpful, especially the travel desk provided good recommendations and directions. The room was spacious and clean. Good breakfast.

Faultless! The nicest hotel we stayed in through our whole trip across Vietnam. Amazing location right in the busy beer junction but as soon as the doors close you can’t hear the noise of the street and it’s a small little haven in the middle of Hanoi :)

Let’s start with the staff they were courteous and excellent – the location of the hotel was spot on - close to the night market and lots of good traditional restaurants. Even though the surroundings surround us was a lot of hustle and bussing our rumors quiet – rooftop bar was excellent and the two-for-one drinks is a bargain. Breakfast was served in a beautiful setting with lots of food selections. Even the fastest of Americans and Canadians will enjoy this property!

We loved this hotel. The staff is wonderful and facility is clean. It’s in the neighborhood where beer street is at so it could be noisy depending on where your room is but it did not bother us at all. We slept well in the beds and ate very good at breakfast.

Can get a bit noisy

The staff were super friendly and accommodating. They were willing to holdnpur luggage when we came back from Sapa while waiting for our flight later on the day. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast buffet was delicious with good options. We were in the prime area near Beer Street, shopping, and spas. It does get noisy at night but it's a good place to stay for people who like to party or go out late at night

Our window was very small but not really an issue

Nice room, good variety for breakfast. Staff were really lovely, and there is a lovely sky bar which is very quiet. It was our honeymoon and the waitress Trang made it feel really special for us
