Right next to the Temple of Literature. Roomd are spacious and in good condition despite being old. Bathroom is big and shower comes with a screen. Good service and lobby area. Area is quiet, almost residential (unless on match days!)

The restaurant is not always open when there are few guests so you have to book your meal in advance. I didn't have this information from the start. But it's not a big deal, as the city offers plenty of alternatives.

I really liked the accommodation. The location and staff are great. The facilities are very good.

The view from the windows was of a wall. Not that close to city center and if you plan to make excursions around Hanoi then you will need to walk 10-15 min for pickup. Not many restaurants to eat around.

We came here because we were scammed with another property that is very close to this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helped us around. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfy. If you plan to stay 1-2 nights it is perfect. You have a supermarket very close if you need water or some fruits.

Air con took a long time to cool down the room. Bedroom can be cleaner...but maybe it's the furniture ?

Upon checkin I was told breakfast was actually 125k a morning instead of the 50k advertised on booking.com. eventually they relented and let me pay 50k. Did not appreciate being lied to. Hotel had construction work going on next door that they apparently had no idea about. This was horrendous, my entire room would vibrate with it. Impossible to get work done. I asked reception multiple times if I could get a refund to go elsewhere, just to be told no. On my last night, late, they messaged me here only to say they could do that.. after days of me asking in person and being told no. Of course, I didn't get to see that message. Staff kept telling me the wrong times for when the work would stop, too. They were also very rude to me. After they found out about the construction, they continued to let other people check in without telling them about this work going on. The breakfast was ok. The restaurant is advertised here and in the hotel as open for lunch and dinner - it isn't, that's another lie. To make up for it they let me stay in my room 2 hours pass usual check out time.

Comfortable room and full sized bath. Some of the staff are nice and polite. They helped me with my bags.

it was quite noisy–i could hear the room next door talking. light coming through the door from the hallway whenever anyone came, it was pretty annoying and hard to sleep at 1AM. and wifi was really slow.

the hotel said in was central and only 600m from ctr , its centre of hanoi but not to the main holiday parts its 2 km away ,while the grab (uber) is good ,its a bit miss leading , the grab on average is only 50000vnd so not the end of the world

The hotel itself was nice, but the laundry service was a disappointment. It was overpriced, charged in USD, and the clothes came back with new stains and some items ruined. Save yourself the trouble and do your laundry elsewhere.

The room wasn’t even as close to the pictures we saw on booking.com The bathroom needs renovation very old and mouldy. As we were very sick we asked for an extra blanked with came with some blood stains. The room was very old and the bed wasn’t comfortable too.

The door closed at night so if you returned late then you needed to push the button and make noise for people who were sleeping. The bathroom and shower were not very clean, not very hot water. There was lot of construction noise in the morning.
