We had a wonderful stay at this lovely hotel, which was well-maintained and very clean. Our room was located on the third floor and came with a private bathroom, a bathtub, and a stunning view. The beds were comfortable, and everything was neat and tidy. We only met the owner at checkout, but that wasn’t an issue at all, as check-in was conveniently handled via a door code. We were also able to rent motorbikes on short notice, which made it easy for us to explore the city and the surrounding area. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. The hotel was extremely clean and also offered a great bonus — a beautiful, clean pool in the garden, which we really enjoyed. We can definitely recommend this hotel!

The villa was beautiful, peaceful, tranquil environment. Stunning property such a lovely energy in the place that made for a really nice stay. The Kangan water in the room was a nice touch too.

Very nice stay! Beautiful place so comfy rooms, the place is amazing. Very quiet perfect for relax and 10min bikes from city center. Mir Hai was so help full and answer very fast as soon as we needed. Some people still our bikes in the city and he came to us and went 1 hour around and came back with the bikes 😍 I would really recommend this place and would come back next time in Hoi An. Thank you so much for such a pleasant stay.

The hotel is simply stunning. A very beautiful place where you feel a sense of elegance. The rooms are spacious and tastefully designed, with attention to every detail. The location is truly romantic – there’s a river nearby, which keeps the air fresh and cool even on hot days. It’s easy to get to both the beach and the old town if you have a motorbike or use Grab. But the best part is coming back here after a busy day. Total peace and quiet, a calming and serene atmosphere. It’s the perfect place to unwind, relax, and enjoy the beauty of the countryside. Highly recommended for anyone looking for something special.

When we got back to the hotel I always longed for a good bar to sit at which it does not have although they do provide beers and soft drinks. If there was a laundry service it was not obvious. Do not let these two things put you off going there.

It is situated in the most beautiful of locations, but not in the centre of Hoi An. It takes and inexpensive taxi ride to the centre, but as the centre is so crowded it was always a relief to get back to the hotel and have a swim in the most glorious of pools. The building is charming with vines growing up the sides. They provide bikes for guests, although a bit rickety they work. The rooms are full of character ours had wonderful views of the river. The prices are very reasonable.

We chose the property for its free bikes as advertised on booking.com so we could cycle into town but they are no longer free We loved the out of town location but if you want to be in the centre of Hoi An, it isn’t The only other thing to say is that although the property has a lot of charm, it feels like the staff have given up slightly. The building has huge potential but it feels like it isn’t well loved. That said, it was still one of my favourite hotels

Nothing to mention about, everything was good!

The homestay was a really nice, and quiet place. The location was quite far from the old city, but they had motorbike rentals for affordable price (150k) for a day and also bicycles available. We personally loved to stay outside of the hustle and the bustle of the town so for us this homestay was an amazing choice. The room was quiet and cozy, we had a really good night sleeps in here. Also the room was huge and the bathroom also. Water pressure was good and wifi worked well. They also helped us to book a bus from Hoi An to Ninh Binh and everything went absolutely great with that! I would absolutely recommend this place for anyone that wants a bit quiet time during their stay in Hoi An.

the door to the corridor was not soundproofed, so you can hear EVERYTHING that happens in the building! The manager of the facility said he can rent a bike for me and told me to wait, after half an hour I asked him how’s the bike situation and he said I can rent one somewhere outside the hotel - I don't know why he made me wait so long then! on the day of arrival I asked if I could count on early check-in, they said yes. I arrived earlier and it turned out that they didn't have a room for me after all and I had to wait… the location is far from the center

Nipa is very relaxing and quiet, great place to be after a busy time travelling and seeing the cities. Staff are welcoming and helpful. Lovely beds, linen, towels. Pool idyllic. Local restaurants you can walk to and only a short ride in to Hoi An

Absolutely gorgeous oasis away from the busy areas of Hoi An. The staff were wonderfully helpful, professional, and so kind. We loved being greeted every morning and enjoyed breakfast on the patio by the pool.

Top stay at Nipa Villa! We loved the semi-remote location, amongst the rice fields and away from the busy center. The place is a dream, the rooms are gorgeous, very comfy and perfectly quiet (+ great views!) The hosts are friendly and super helpful. One of our favourite accommodation in Vietnam so far.

Build works going on next door so a lot of noise but it wasnt that bad even the builders were friendly guys!!

Our room the grand suite was very good size with a full wrap around terrace even had a bed on the balcony!! It is situated were real Vietnamese people live not a tourist in site everyone of them had a smile or a wave for us!. Nice pool unfortunately the weather was wet so didnt get to use it. Nice river view. Mr vu the man that runs it is a great guy so helpful. The lady that serves breakfast is a real sweatheart
