I’m currently using this Hotel for my accommodations & I could not post a review on Booking until after I checked out, so I put a review on google google to clear up some bad reviews travelers posted on Booking that I find to be false. I’m an American Female Solo traveler & I have stayed in a few different places in Da Nang & Hoi An. This Hotel is by far a 5 star Hotel & is the best Booking that I have had. I liked my first few days here so well that I canceled my other Hotel stays to stay here longer. I also have Family coming to Vietnam who I Booked another two weeks with. The Hotel is very clean & the staff are so friendly & so polite. Despite complaints from other Westerners about the Breakfast Buffet (which can be included with your room price if you choose, or pay $4/ USD) myself & other guests have really enjoyed the large variety of foods. They serve several different kinds of local Vietnamese cuisine, the soup is a must try! make your eggs/ omelets fresh to order. There are plenty of drinks, orange juice, milk, soy milk, passion fruit, etc. & coffee options, plenty of fruits, & toppings. So far it’s been the best Hotel breakfast that I have had & even found it better than Sala Resort Hotel. I booked the Twin room which has a large window & a partial ocean view. My room was very clean & very spacious. The TV has many APP options & local channels & the Air conditioner works exceptionally well 😀! They provide different WiFi channels, each for each floor, so WiFi has been super fast & really reliable. It’s in a great location, just 2 blocks to the Beach. A few block walk to Paradise Beach Bar, I highly recommend! The neighborhood has tons of food options, Marts, Restaurants with worldwide cuisine options, tons of coffee shops!

CanadaMicro ants but theyre very common in Vietnam and they don’t bite. They just crawl around eating area.
For $18CAD for their single room is tremendous value. Was pleasantly surprised by the rainfall shower, pleasant smelling soaps, TV channels for sports, free breakfast (which isnt good post 730am lol), nearby all the attractions, and walking distance to the beach.

South KoreaFurther to my comment of yesterday, my bed was made and the blanket unfolded. I also got 1 small soap to share with my wife and a roll of (single use) toilet paper. Basically, todays amnesties was provided. The hotel just did there “basic” job. My personal belongings (i.e. cell phone, comb, sunglass case, ect. basically everything that was on desk) was scattered all over the desk. I am not worried about anything because i have faith in the hotel, however i don’t like it when people scatter my stuff around. The bedside drawer remained opened also. Very easily, i realized that this is some way of showing disrespectful temper. I recall, the first day when i asked to have my room made properly, one of the staff (i believe the team leader) showed attitude whole talking to her colleagues in my room. I did not appreciate that but kept silent since i do not want to ruin my holiday. Maybe this is the proper hotel protocol towards any guests especially a returning-guest. Whatever it may be, keep that attitude and temper away from guests personal items.
The hotel is cost effective and the food is good. I posted a comment yesterday and seemingly looks like the management has gotten several people uncomfortable (including me). Fast action is good but only in proper manner.

South KoreaThis is a perfectly fine hotel with perfectly trained hotel personnel. I perfectly agree that the staff must abide by the hotel’s stiff protocol. However, to my understanding, the staff should provide a proper room for the guest without hesitation nor delay. Eventually, the receptionist provided me a similar room with quite some talking and professionalism. I would have preferred a non-smelling king-size-bed room i originally booked, but that is ok. Besides this minor situation, the receptionist is exceptionally friendly with good english skills. I also informed the hotel that i would appreciate all the amnesties each day, and i would prefer to have the same housekeeping staff clean my room because in some hotels, i get stressed on toilet paper or soap ect. As a result, i only got part of the amnesties so far. No fresh soap, ect. I was provided with one roll of single-use (maybe double use) toilet paper everyday but i just bought my own to avoid stress. I also did notice several housekeeping staff to be very friendly, however was confused as to wheather there was any other intentions for friendliness. I noticed many to be eager to clean my room. Maybe its an easy room to clean? The first day, the bed and basically everything was not properly done so had to ask the receptionist to have it re-done. Today, the bed was folded whereas as specifically asked “not to”. Ect. I don’t expect any “butler” service and i am a very simple easy person. As a returning guest, i felt like i had not been welcomed back at this hotel, therefore was denied the least that i requested, i.e a clean king-size-bed room with same cleaning lady, so that she knows my-smallest-request that i ask. (i.e. don’t change the bed sheet unless requested, don’t fold the blanket, ect). Overall, due to the superb-minded F&B, i would return again to this hotel with the above experience in mind.
I have stayed at this hotel last year and expected the same outstanding service mind. The staff and service meets the present hotel standards. Nice and friendly just as other nearby hotels. I had re-booked extended stays, but in this trip, that was purely due to the outstanding F&B which covered up some slight disappointments. I am pretty sure the administration is aware and trust that slight adjustments will ameliorate any further comfort issues in my future visits. I exceptionally want the thank the lady(omelet cook) inside the kitchen for providing such healthy delicious breakfasts and look forward to tasting her estime cuisine in my future visit.

Sri LankaWe were there total 05 days in Danang, but as there were not parking facility to my rented car I selected another hotel near by for next 02 days, and there were parking facility for our vehicle. Also I forgot my USB pen drive in our rooms tv while check out, After check out I personally gone there and informed the reception staff and they have searched for it ,but finally they informed through WhatsApp it was not there. Am slightly worry about this matter. Because there were some important photos for me.
Rooms space and the bath room facilities were very satisfactory .Breakfast also very good and soup which were offering in the breakfast was very tasty. All the staff members are very good. Our three days period we traveled so many places and it was helped the location of hotel. Thank you for all staff members .Recommending this hotel those who travelling to Danang.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in SEA - complimentary breakfast was great, they made any styled eggs on your request, toast, cereal, fruits and hot western breakfast available - short distance from the beach - rooms were very tidy and cleaned daily - staff were very polite and helpful Extended our stay from 2 nights to a week because of how lovely the place was
