No laundry on site that was done by kg only single items with extortionate prices. Breakfast wasn't very good. ( staff were lovely servers) there was no vegetarian hot options. Fried rice had chicken in it so no rice options. Bread was stale. As it states they serve Breakfast, lunch and dinner - they don't only Breakfast which finishes at 9.30 there's no where else on site to get a drink or food. Check out is at 12 but was disturbed and asked when I'll be checking out at 11am as they wanted to get the room cleaned. Pool was dirty and the 'pool bar' was non existent so had to take you're own stuff up there which 'wasn't allowed' Overall a mediocre stay. The only thing going for it was the great staff and comfy bed.

Everything was great! Location close to the beach and restaurants, staff was friendly and helpful with a good level of English for hasslefree communication, room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast also nice and filling. Got an early check-in on the day I arrived on a night bus, which I was super grateful for. They also arrange tours to Ba Na Hills for a price I first considered expencive, but later learned it was actually a really good deal, so would definitely use them next time for the Ba Na Hills tour, if wanting to save money and don't mind going with a group. I would highly recommend Menora Grand and would definitely stay here again. :)

Considering the promotion rate with all the positive aspects, it would be a shame to make any criticism on this hotel.

I must say. If anyone knows of any better value hotel than this one, please do share the info. I have had a magnificent holiday at this hotel with its practical location along with the friendly staff. I would like to particularly thank the housekeeping staff for keeping my room perfectly intact, clean, and insect free. I will definitely re-visit this hotel in my next trips.

The hotel stuff were absolutely insufferable. No flexibility whatsoever, one side says something in the room is complementary and when we check out it costs money. No one mentioned pool times and closing of it at night. The breakfast staff were insufferable as well, I was finishing my sandwich standing and immediately was chased by the staff for no reason. No hotel in Vietnam I felt had bad treatment, up until this one. Shower water pressure was awful as well. They charge you at the beginning of your stay and for more than what booking showcased. Stay away!!!

Prior to booking this property, I have read many disturbing comments about breakfast here. I understand that breakfast is “complimentary”, and considering the price, i don’t expect “Michelin” standards and, moreover is not mandatory to eat. Its a shame to see guests complaining about breakfast, not being as eatable as what their parents cook them. Adding more diversified menues will only ring up the hotel rates. Along with the variety of food, YES, they have salad and omelettes. And NO, they don’t have bacon. i.e. the last time i had bacon in Danang, i paid about 100~200usd per night. I can recommend a nice hotel for morning bacon and stuff like that, in case anyone needs…..

i can’t but only rate this hotel with a perfect score because they went beyond my expectations. i previously mentioned about a group of drivers waiting all day in the guests smoking area, which i personally find that they are just grinding up the hotel’s reputation, because their conversation starts with “dow-ma” and ends with it. Thats a form of verbal violence which, in many cases, leads to physical violence and so forth, which educated people don’t routinely utilize. Who knows who they are referring those term to? the next day, these people were not on the hotel’s premises anymore. Although i did not ask for any such actions whatsoever, it appears that the management promptly reacted with immediate actions on a simple comment, to provide more safety to their guests. i’d also like to thank the bright english speaking receptionist (Phuong) who assisted me on a possible trip to Hue (could not have gone due to rain weather forecast). I personally find that this hotel is undervalued therefore have been extending my stays while i can enjoy the rates. For a simple budget traveler, all that really matters is location, sanitary, food, service, and a swimming pool.

The man on reception at night when we arrived was not very polite or friendly which was disappointing. The morning ladies were very helpful.

Everything. The interior of the room was superb! I got a family room and was able to check in early. The bed was comfy and the bathroom area makes you feel like a royalty. The room is spotless and saw that they really mop the floor. There was an adequate towel supplies but only one toilet paper. There was shampoo, bath gel, toothbrush and comb. Breakfast was also included and they open earlier than 6:30 am. Location is near the beach and there was a convenience store just a few walks away and some restaurants and coffee shop.
