The hotel is fine, and it's certainly worth the price. Having said that, the wifi is awful, and they don't seem to care about fixing it. I have to use my data most of the time. The rooftop bar is sadly closed. The walls are thin, so you'll hear noise from other rooms.

I've stayed there several times for very long periods of time. The location is extremely convenient, just a couple hundred meters from the beach. There are several cafes (the best coffee and pastry are at Paris Levain), restaurants (L'italiano and Vinegrette for foreign cuisine, Com Tam Ut Van for good and very convenient Vietnamese food), and convenience stores nearby. The pub/drinking area of the city is just 10 minutes away by walking. The staff is helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean enough, and quite sunny. There's an ample wardrobe to store one's clothes. There's a desk to use one's laptop. They provide laundry and ironing service for only 1.5 euros for a shirt. Breakfast is okay, though I'd love to have more fruit (the staff have noticed that I love fruit so they often bring me slices of green mango, how lovely) and sweet pastries.

Booked 2 separate rooms. Unfortunately, one room was incorrect. And air-conditioning didn't work.

When you are inside the pool, you can not really enjoy the view because of the tall swimming pool borders. The bar on the rooftop did not work, no pool towels offered as well.

Cosy room, clean bathroom. Good breakfast. Located near the sea. The swimming pool on the rooftop. I liked everything.

If you expect a proper 4star hotel, you will be disappointed. There is no AC in the lobby and the entrance looks somewhat unwelcoming.

The room is clean and looks like on the pictures. The bed is really comfortable. Good AC and hot shower. Fairly big Asian-style breakfast buffet. Motorbikes can be rented for 150k dong per day.

No sound isolation at all (we heard neighbours sneezing and snoring, TV, talks and showering from another room). Safe wasn’t working, no bulb in one lamp and no light on the rooftop pool aria but it was minor things. By the way, you must pay for hole stay at check-in or if you would like to pay later receptionist will keep your passport (it doesn’t matter, that she already made a photo).

Good location. Nice price (we paid 23€ for 2 nights). Sea view from the window. Breakfast was quite nice but mostly asian food. Very helpfull baggage porter.

Location near beach, everything you need nearby. Only bigger markets and tourist attractions are further away. Nice view from top and pool. Clean and modern. Very helpful and friendly staff.

The shower had no shower curtain to keep water in the shower. Free breakfast was horrible, and all the food was cold. Even the coffee was cold. Didn't eat any of the food a d this was one of the reasons why I booked this hotel. Sad! Also. Hotel staff wasn't friendly, and we felt we were bothering them.

On arrival the reception staff were really rude and it put us off instantly - I even had to prove I had made a booking with them. We then went to use the restaurant which was apparently open till 7 and it was like a ghost town by 5, all lights off, no staff around etc. When I asked for late check out, I was originally told no, then told 3 different prices, then once I had booked it and paid, they called the room 3 times to confirm what time we would be out of the room. You couldn't feel more unwelcome if you tried.

The bed was really comfy, it was a good location to the beach (10 min walk).

The AC in the reception was not working. If we are waiting for the room to checkin on a sunny day, the reception was too hot, but they provided the room early. So that was not much of a problem.

The beds were comfortable and soft. Breakfast was good with variety of eggs to order in live counter. They helped in booking the tours and the private car. The front desk have good options of tours to pick to your choice.
