Just lovely hotel with gorgeous decor. Our room was very clean, bright, large area with couch and small kitchen with everything you would need. Lovely balcony with views. Comfy bed and pillows. Very large selection for breakfast which was awesome. Such a well run hotel in great location only 10min walk to lake swim area with cards given for free entry. Parking free right outside. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Very friendly owners and overall comfortable stay. Close to the slopes if you want to ski in BKK (5-7 minutes walk in ski boots), bus stop (for skiing in St.Oswald) is also reachable in ski boots. The bed and linens were comfortable, nice view from the balcony. Recommended!

Our room had a beautiful lake view and the garden was fantastic, with sunny spots but also shadow from big nice trees (if you got too warm). And the greatest asset: crossing the public walking path to go swimming in the beautiful lake! From a private little pier.

Great location within walking distance of a bakery and grocery store with a beautiful view of the ski slopes, the kitchen is fully equipped, the owner is very kind and helpful, every recommendation!
