Nice location. Standard room. Natalie was great in her service but there was another female staff who appeared to be abrupt and stubborn. No smile or greetings. No thankyou after paying for extra charges. She appeared very cold. Didnt bother asking for her name. Allowed to decorate the room.

Received a warm welcome from staff. Had a one bedroom unit which was spacious and clean with all the utensils and comforts of home. Location on Dandenong Rd was very handy and our unit was on side of apartments away from road.
