The location is excellent—just a short walk to the city centre, with plenty of bars and cafés nearby. There's a secure car park available, which is a big plus, though it does require a reservation. The room was clean and generally comfortable. The only downsides were the bed, which wasn’t very comfortable, and the lack of air conditioning during hot weather. However, a fan was provided, which helped make the room more bearable.

We stayed here for one night on May 24 with my husband and 1-year-old daughter. The only good part about this hotel is its proximity to Brussels Airport. Beyond that, our experience was very disappointing and stressful. When we arrived around 9:30 PM, there was no one at the reception desk. The place felt deserted and unwelcoming. A self-check-in kiosk was available, but it was extremely difficult to use—it took us nearly an hour just to enter the building and access our room. The room itself was very small and poorly lit, giving off a dark and uncomfortable feeling—not suitable for a family, especially with a baby. The bathroom was cramped, and there was no water coming from the wash basin. The shower and tap setup was also difficult to use. Though a kitchenette was provided, starting the stove was so complicated it took us another hour to figure it out, even after trying multiple times. Overall, this was a very poor experience and I would not recommend it, especially for families or anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.
