Cozy apartment! Funnily enough, our room was Oxford Street-themed, a nice touch since we’d just come from London. The apartment-style setup with kitchen and living area was charming, clean, and well-equipped.

We had a wonderful stay all around! The accommodation is in a perfect location, just a few minutes’ walk from shops – even open on Sundays. Check-in was super easy – everything worked smoothly with a code. The cleanliness was especially outstanding – everything was spotless and very hygienic. The apartment is freshly renovated, modern, and functionally furnished – absolutely everything you need is there, including towels, bed linen, and a small kitchen with a dishwasher. The bathroom was a real highlight: modern, spacious, and equipped with a wellness shower that made starting the day a joy. The staff were very friendly, though not always on-site – but thanks to the access code, that wasn’t an issue. Another big plus: parking is available right in front of the door (€8/night) – very convenient! Or, if you’re lucky (like we were), you can find free street parking nearby. There’s also an elevator in the building. The city center isn’t far – you can walk there, but be aware: the streets in Karlovy Vary are very steep. For people with mobility issues, it might be better to stay down in the town center.

    Super sweet little place under the roof, small but comfortable. Lovely decoration and furniture. Free coffee and water and a fridge and even plates and cutlery, we could have proper breakfast at the table! Super helpful staff and instructions.

    The hotel is small. Rather, it is a boarding house with the spirit of the early 20th century. There is no lobby, like in hotels, but there is a restaurant. Very clean, friendly maids and woman at the reception - Lenka. Many thanks to them. I asked for a room with a river view and it was provided to me. Kamila, thank you very much. The stay was wonderful. A quiet, peaceful place, 2 minutes from the main promenade, but as if in the forest. If you are looking for something like this, then this hotel is for you.

    The owner Martin is excellent! The aparthotel is superb! At check-in he offered me two apartments to choose from, one of which was rather more expensive than what I booked. There is washing machine and dryer in the hotel, and there are umbrellas. Please note that only more expensive apartments have a kitchen, please read the room description when you make reservation. During my stay Martin some times asked if everything was okay and if I needed anything else. Thanks a lot!

    The location was great - with an easy walk to the tourist centres, restaurants and the funicular railway and there is long stay parking nearby (this is usually a big problem in Karlovy Vary). +++ We went in a cold spell - but the heating and hot water was good so we were comfortable. There is a small kitchen - so good for basic self-catering. The wifi worked well.
