Except the location it was the worst stay ever. We were in apartment 510 on the 5th floor and on our check out day even without informing us the lift was shut down. We had to bring luggage down from the 5th floor and now have a back sprain as a result. It was a disaster.

It was well equipped. Kitchen was excellent as was the bed and shower. The person taking care of the property was very nice and got me a fan as it was so hot.

It was incredible value for money! The room was spotless, had White Company toiletries, great kitchen facilities, comfy bed and they’d added all the things you could want like fans, irons, hairdryer etc. Good location in the middle of Harrogate, easy to get to from the train station. Mostly can’t believe what good value it was!

The Marmot is in a perfect spot for the centre of Harrogate with restaurants, Pubs and shops all within a short walking distance. Lovely room, amazing enormous bathroom. Booking was easy and response very efficient. We would nt hesitate booking The Marmot again.
